I needed some electrical and plumbing work done, but most importantly, I needed help with permitting--including some retroactive permitting on work that had already been done--that was creating a huge headache for me. I called Maxton and spoke with Valentin, who agreed to help me even though this job was smaller than most he takes on. Let me tell you: the work he did for me was an absolute lifeline. This team did a great job with remodeling of our kitchen and I like how it looks now very much. Didn't face any problems or misunderstanding hiring them and everything was fine during the process as well. Before hiring them I'd compared prices and estimate of other contractors and Maxton Builders seemed to me the most reasonable option. Well done!

During the winter rain storms, I started getting small leaks around my windows. I did some research and decided to call Maxton for a quote. They came out, looked around pretty thoroughly, and discovered that I did indeed need to replace my windows as well as my siding. they found hole and rot throughout. They gave me a decent estimate but I decided to get another opinion anyway. I got another quote from another company, which came out slightly higher than the one from Maxton. So I decided to go ahead and sign the contract with them. They came out as promised and finished the project also as promised

Me and my wife were looking for someone in town to put up new hardie siding for our home. We're so fortunate that we found Maxton builders. They came out, gave a bid and started work a week after our appointment. Everyone from their crew was very courteous and professional. They kept up great communication throughout the build as well as answer all of my questions ( and I had many!)

Maxton Builders did a great job! I had an insurance claim for major sewer water damage that destroyed a good portion of my house. They came and did the build back portion and did an excellent job. They were courteous, showed up on time, cleaned up after each day, and the work itself looks fabulous. They redid 90% of the flooring, updated and repaired both bathrooms, and repaired drywall in several areas of my home. I highly recommend them!

Maxton took on a big project when they helped us build a second location of our business, but the process didn't so difficult judging by how quick, easy and smooth they made it. Their work was excellent in every way. Of the workers and subs were easy to contact, and deal well. The Owner Val was very knowledgable and amazing to work with. WILL for sure hire them again as we expand our business.

We hired Maxton Builders to build a house for us. Valentin and his whole team of professionals were both patient(as we had a lots of changes) and caring. He constantly monitored the process and gave us great advices. We're now living in the house and could not be happier. He comes by when we have concerns and have always taken care of them in a timely fashion. We look forward to have Valentin build our garage next!

Professional, honest service. I would hire them again, and I did. Val and his team initially performed an appliance install and fence repairs and for me. They were clean, fast and did a great job at a fair price. They just completed some siding replacement and the job looks great, and was within my budget.
