Amazing service, truly. I had been working remotely and hadn't been to a salon in a while since covid and needed some hair help before my return to office life. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable from check in to check out. Wonderful staff!

I made an appt to get my nails done here for a special occasion (that is now only two days away). Less than 3 hours before my appt I got a call stating they can no longer take me, and the next available is over a week from today. Minimal apology given to me as well, which was the most frustrating part. I understand people get sick, however I am very disappointed in how this was handled.

My now wife went in for her updo appointment on the day of the wedding only to get turned away saying they did not have her appointment in the books. The manager Kim was extremely rude and held no accountability for not writing down her appointment when it was created on July 2nd. I spoke with the manager kim afterwards on the phone and was shocked by her abrasive attitude and total lack of customer service.
