Randy roofed for me for years and I was very pleased , when I did have issues he would come back and make the repair. He then did a re-roof on my personal home. I started having leaks and he then told me it was due to the low pitch on my front porch which was understandable . He told me he would come look at it and repair but never did. I called him and text several times and got no response. I was now left with two leaks on my porch so I had to contact another roofer. I ended up getting two other roofers opinions and a hired one to do the repair and found there was no weather guard under the shingles
