Rhinebeck Party Rentals had a great selection of items for our wedding. It was quite difficult to get in touch with the company in between the original quote and our wedding week - just because of the sheer amount of events they are working with. Seems they are understaffed - but still doing their best! Delivery was smooth and they were nice enough to delivery a whole 2 days early for our DIY wedding. So besides the occasional anxiety provoking times I didn’t receive email responses, they followed through in the end.

We were so pleased with Rhinebeck Rentals. We had an elegant-ish backyard wedding with 120 people, so we needed to bring in EVERYthing. Our wedding planner suggested Rhinebeck for a better value, and it was really nice switching to a smaller company. We got attentive service. They came out to see where the tent would go and actually picked place that we hadn't thought of. It was way better. They did a great job setting everything up and spent the whole day fixing the heater when it stopped working the morning of the wedding. THANK YOU!
