Always a wonderful experience at Hammel Jewelers. Great service and they truly care about taking care of their customers. I brought my engagement ring in because there was some obvious shifting with the diamond. It was purchased from another out of town jeweler (where we previously lived) and we were told at the time of purchase the shifting was “normal”. After 8 years of wear and tear, the diamond starting moving more and more, so we took it into Hammel Jewelers and even though it wasn’t purchased in their store, they took care of us like it was. They recognized the diamond was too large

My partner and I were prepared to walk in and purchase something. Upon entering, no one was wearing a mask except for the few customers inside. If this is how they handle a pandemic, I wouldn't trust them with any big or small financial decisions.

Started out ok. 3 months later not so well. I'm in it for the long haul, they aren't. Watch Already not working correctly, just picked it up after waiting 2 weeks thinking it was being repaired.(which it wasn't) they never emailed at all, I'm still the Consumer, I have rights, don't I? Not even STORE CREDIT JUST A $250.00 piece of scrap. Giant Thumbs Down way to drop the ball. 😡

I took a boxful of old holy medals (that were given to my parents as children) in and asked him to put them on a charm bracelet for me. He did the best job! They were perfectly spaced, thoughtfully arranged and I have a wonderful keepsake that will always remind me of my parents. I have had good experiences there and will continue to go back. Thanks!
