It doesn't matter what the complaint is, he always does a full spinal assessment and gets down to the root cause of the problem (not just chasing symptoms!). He has helped me with back, hip and wrist pain, headaches and even fixed me right up when a coworker ran over my foot with a stretcher (holding a 300# pt!) and dislocated my toe (although employee health found nothing wrong).

I have gone through and am currently going through some extreme back pain and rehabilitation. I have seen many chiropractors in the past and Dr. Casertano is the only one who focuses solely on the solution. His knowledge and integrity leads him to sometimes not even adjust me knowing what is truly best for my rehabilitation (and it shows in the results). He understands the mental perseverance with rehab and provides a ton of education and foresight into what we will always be doing. What I appreciate most working with him is that he knows his expertise and limitations so he has no problem seeking

As a nurse, I love that he does not dismiss the medical world I work in, but works with orthopedic and other doctors if needed! I totally recommend him!

I have been seeing Dr. Casertano for the past 3 years, and when I became his patient, I had limited movement due to acute fibromyalgia and chronic headaches. I couldn’t sit without pain and couldn’t stand without pain. I was miserable. In a very short time, my pain had lessened considerably, and I had no headaches and a wide range of movement.
