Services
With offices strategically located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the staff of PennJersey has been providing the best in expert consulting for 28 wonderful years. That kind of longevity doesn't happen by accident. In our case, it comes from the understanding that success is bred by quality work and constant growth.
We'll get the cursory stuff out of the way. At PennJersey, we have a team of environmental scientists, chemists and geologists qualified to work in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We have employees with decades of experience in their fields. We work with clients spanning attorneys, commercial properties, developers, industry and municipalities.
Preliminary Assessments are yours and our first step in understanding your consulting needs. We evaluate your property for any potential areas of concern that may have impacted soil, groundwater, surface water or vapors, along with any corresponding liabilities that may arise. Our job during the preliminary assessment process is to protect you from potential liability.
Following the Preliminary Assessment of the property we undertake a full-fledged environmental investigation. We find solutions to your problems. We want to come in Sherlock style with the magnifying glass (not the hat though) and find your precise environmental needs. We have the licensing (LSRPs and Professional Geologists), expertise and dedication to act on our empirical findings and save you time, money and unnecessary aggravation.
At PennJersey we conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-13). That is to say, we're licensed and qualified to conduct your environmental due diligence for all real estate transactions.
