Over the years, the business has expanded, adding a growing number of commercial and industrial clients. Today, the business remains in the same location, owned and operated by founder Mike Hoppel.
He is the driving force behind our success, and the next generation is involved in the operation, too. After earning degrees from Youngstown State University, his sons Luke and Logan started working in the family business in 2005. Over the years, our paving company has grown but remains successful because we've never lost sight of our principles, core values, and goals.

Mike and his crew showed up early, did a beautiful job and cleaned up before they left. Everyone was polite and professional. Due to the nature of the job, it required additional material which Mike did not ask me for additional money, honoring their original proposal. I would definitely recommend West Point Paving and use them again in the future.
