Hello and thank you for stopping by my Photography website. My name is Matt Halvorson. Photography was always fun for me even as a kid. My first camera was a 110 film camera back in the 80's and as time went by I upgraded to a digital cameras but all point and shoot cameras. My first non-point and shoot camera was a Nikon.
Selling or renting your house or advertising your business requires high quality photos to draw people in. Often before anyone reads anything about the house or business they judge it from a photo they see. Maybe you just updated or upgraded some features of your vacation rental, it is a good idea to get that photographed right away and included to help sell your rental.
Your wedding is a very important day and often a hectic one. To keep the complexity down I keep the packages I offer simple. All you need is to decide how many hours you need. If you don't mind a little more complexity I am willing to customize to your particular needs just email me what you need and I will put together a quote for you.
Family portraits are a great way to preserve memories and I offer a simple affordable package because I think they are important. Besides family portraits I also offer several portrait types including senior portraits, baby portraits, pet portraits, wedding photography and many more. If you are looking for commercial type of photography such as Real Estate, Headshots, Fashion and Advertisements I do that as well.
You only get to be a senior in high school once. Preserve your precious memories and share them with friends and family by customizing your senior portraits to fit your personality and needs. Matt took photos of our family while all together in Prescott, and so happy we chose him! He was SO easy-going, and fun which made us feel at ease and comfortable. Matt is the most professional photographer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! He can literally make any image you have in your mind a reality and makes it so much fun. My husband and I both feel awkward when it comes to pictures and posing, Matt definitely helped us to relax and look natural. We have received so many compliments on our pictures and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The best price range I might add as well!

I was able to schedule photo shoot within days of when I contacted Matt with no wait time! Matt was very knowledgeable about the site of the shoot and where the best spots were. He was very helpful in directing me in the right way to stand for the photos, but was also very open to suggestions and preferences. He was very flexible and accommodating and I would recommend Matt to anyone for beautiful pictures!

Matt was the photographer for our wedding, and he was phenomenal! Very professional and helpful; I don't know what we would have done without him. Matt Halvorson is an extremely talented photographer. He had very creative back drops/poses in a natural setting. Matt took our son's senior pictures, Christmas pictures and sports photos. His work far exceeded our expectations. We are very fortunate to have him in our community. He could charge twice as much and still be a great value.
