I went to Discount Audio to get an Apple CarPlay unit for my daughter’s car. Justin McKee was very helpful and the unit he helped me select is great. The installation was done same day and turned out seamless-looking. And the sound upgrade over the factory stereo is dramatic. Will definitely return to Discount Audio.

This business and the people there are some of the most unprofessional and pathetic individuals I've ever done business with. After they told me it was ready, I started my car and the sound wasn't even working. They didn't even bother to check it. The person who came to investigate the issue was shady af and kept saying "I didn't work on this, so I'm not my fault." They had to take the car back in the shop to work on it again. When I got it back the second time, the didn't bother to reattach the dash and there were wires sticking out in front of the

I came here after my Dad installed new speakers and a radio into my car during covid lockdown. He hadnt installed anything in probably 30 years, and I’m sure it was all kinds of messed up and wrong lol! Got in my car this morning for work and it wouldn’t turn on at all! I walked in and they took care of me right away and were super helpful, and cheaper than what I was expecting which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for something a little louder 😅

My radio stopped working. I brought my own radio in and I got the best service. The guys there are really good at what they do. I love my new radio and the interface they provided. Sounds Amazing. And they have different installment choices so I didn’t have to pay all at once. Will definitely be back with my wife’s car when she needs an upgrade. I will definitely be back if I choose to upgrade my radio (Don’t need to, they got it perfect.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had an excellent experience here. Justin was excellent to work with. From my first phone call to my install it was never problematic.
They actually did all the work and came in under their initial quote. I would highly recommend Discount Audio. I have experiences with other local shops and have never been this satisfied.

OVERPRICED FOR GARBAGE WORK!!!
As someone who works in electronics on aircrafts, I know a thing or two about installing electrical equipment. I installed two subwoofers in my daily driver and needed to install the amp I have with it. I debated on doing it myself or having someone else do it and decided to have someone else do it because I thought it would be cheaper and easier since they have all the tools and equipment. Boy I was wrong!
I wish I would've just did the work myself. After it was installed I inspected the work they did and it was horrendous! Literally every wire connection

I don't write a lot of reviews however I felt the need to write about the customer service I received.
After having lots of great equipment installed there was a tweeter that was getting very hot, over 200 degrees. Steve & Joe stood behind their work and replaced tweeter, crossover, and even a very expensive amp to resolve the issue. I have to say I was worried at first due to the yelp star rating.
I'm glad I have them a chance! Steve & Joe stand behind their work, we have a great sounding system and the guys at Discount Audio stand behind their product!

Never had a bad experience although they can be pricey compared to some other well reviewed stores. But everything they've done for me has been fine and they've been cool.
I personally suggest you buy everything you need online and just pay for labor you'll find it much cheaper if you come with everything you need and not depend on parts from the store.
