IEI General Contractors, Inc., is based in De Pere, Wisconsin, where our team's strong work ethic and responsive culture contributes to a low-stress building experience for owners, architects and subcontractors throughout northeastern Wisconsin. We have been a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin since our founding in 1989 by Mike Johnson and Brad Deprez, both of whom remain active with the company today.
IEI staff members support the construction industry by holding seats on local apprenticeship committees for the carpenter, bricklayer and cement finishing trades. In addition to general contracting services, our teams self-perform carpentry, masonry, concrete, demolition and other related services.

Services
A co-founder of IEI General Contractors along with Brad Deprez, Mike's extensive industry experience includes architectural drafting, designing, project coordination, management and estimation. He is a past president of the Wisconsin chapter of the Associated General Contractors, Fox Valley chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, and the De Pere Kiwanis Club.
Project management is a core service offered by IEI General Contractors. We follow an established process that leverages open lines of communication between our team, the architect, building owner and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget targets. Our team brings decades of experience overcoming the variety of challenges that can occur on commercial construction projects.
IEI General Contractors simplifies the materials purchasing process and saves Wisconsin Sales/Use tax expenses for our non-profit customers. Trade contractors and IEI review all invoices for compliance prior to submission to the owner. IEI executes all purchase orders and submits a single monthly invoice for payment.
Jobsite safety is our primary focus when it comes to successful completion of any project. IEI General Contractors has an exceptional MOD rate, enabling us to pass along insurance savings to our customers and further minimize project costs. We adhere to an established safety program adapted from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, Wisconsin Chapter Safety Policies and Procedures.
