I am planning to put my house on the market in early 2021. The previous owner had replaced some of the original windows in this house, but not all of them. In order to increase "curb appeal" and make the house more efficient I decided to have R&L Windows replace the remaining original windows.

Randy and crew are easy to work with and they arrive on time and get the job done just as promised. Replaced existing windows that had lost their seal - one of which was at second floor height and required ladders inside and out and all four of them to get it up there. The price was fair and they were all very professional. I recommend R&L and would hire them again.

YOU WON'T FIND BETTER PRICES OR SERVICE!!! It's rare to find a company that offers both, but these guys are a stellar family-run business without any overhead or inflated prices. We're doing a master bathroom remodel, and the windows have been the smoothest part of the entire project by far. We have been extremely pleased with R&L Windows. We worked with them over the summer and fall to replace several older windows in our home and to put in entirely new windows in a few places in our home where we'd previously had boring old walls. We plan to bring them back next year so that we can finish replacing all the older windows in the home.

Excellent experience! This lovely family owned and operated business was just a pleasure to work with and the end result is beautiful! Tasha made a suggestion in my bathroom which saved me over $1,000. There was no upsell or used car lot pitch. They had plenty of choices to suit my needs and aesthetics. Having a hole cut in the side of your $600,000 home is nerve wracking. It.s something I've been thinking about doing for years. Finally I hired R and L Windows and am sure glad I did! These guys are the best.

A Horrible Experience. I hired R&L Windows in Seattle to replace my old aluminum frame double pane windows with new, high quality updated windows. I live off a busy street and it was hard to sleep at night. Their Senior Salesperson said he researched my problem and the owner, Randy Lavelle, apparently ordered the cheapest windows he could find. They were not made by a major company and they did not reduce the noise at all, which was shocking. It cost almost $6,000!
He suggested I then order laminated windows at his cost, but they did not improve anything, so that cost me another $800

Randy and John were so professional, quick and clean. I have never used them before they were a referral and I could not be happier. I had a custom door made and they installed in less than 30 minutes, delivered 2 weeks sooner than promised, cleaned up took old door and were extremely pleasurable to converse with. I will always recommend this Company to anyone needed glass work. I will be using them again for future work we have planned for the home. Again, we are more than 100% impressed with our experience!

Randy came in and did a quote for my house. Prices for the windows and installation came out to a price I was happy with. His scheduling is pretty flexible and was able to knock out all the windows (6 Total) in one day.
His crew was friendly and courteous and have been with him 8 years, so you arent getting sub contractors hired just for the one job.
I would definitely use his company again when I do the other windows.

We had a window with a broken seal repaired, and Randy did a great job! He responded to my call for a quote very quickly. We needed quick service because we were in the process of selling our house. Randy worked around my schedule and made the whole process very convenient for me. The cost was reasonable, and the work was excellent! Plus, his work is covered by a ten year warranty. I highly recommend R & L Windows!
