The Roney Palace Condominium is an 18-story mid-rise located at 2301 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach Florida, on the Atlantic Ocean. The original Roney Palace was built by Newton Roney and opened in 1926 (designed by the same architect as the Waldorf in New York City, Florida's Breakers in Palm Beach and the Biltmore in Coral Gables).
Roney Plaza was the first hotel on Miami Beach to offer cabanas, tennis and a golf course. Rich in history and fame, guests included the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Orson Welles and Rita Hayworth. Desi Arnaz often performed in the Roney's world famous Bamboo Room and radio personality Walter Winchell did many of his famous broadcasts there.

Renting a furnished unit..:,spacious... nice to have amenities of One Hotel... pools great and heated... large hottub... rooftop bar and restaurant... nice hotel lobby with live music & lobby bar. Great cool vibe at Waves a Tulum inspired outdoor beach bar and restaurant... unit itself needs upgrades but nice balcony and condo is under total renovation to common rooms so there is noise in hallways and near elevators. Also construction on collins ave across the stree... a big construction project with crane on the roof ... place is nice and well situated

The Valet parking (Company: LAZ PARKING at the Roney Palace location in Miami Beach) gave my car to the wrong person. I had to run after my car because a stranger was leaving driving my car!! Crazy!! And Instead of apologizing, the two valet parking guys were laughing at the situation...I decided to call the parking service manager Ansy Jean Louis LAZ PARKING to let him know what happened, he never replied to my calls. I decided to email him, he never dare to reply to my email neither. All the valet parking guys at the Roney Palace don’t use the handbrake in descent, instead, they use the parking

Great place to live and vacation but absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk. Andrea at front desk is a miserable person and has an attitude if you need anything. With how much HOA people pay to live there you would expect better customer service. If you have an issue with card access or any problems with your apartment prepare to have them not help whatsoever. The pool and amenities are amazing here but the customer service sucks!! Not worth it....

Roney Palace and The 1 Hotel are essentially one in the same (<- see what I did there?) Anyways, considering that South Beach overall is beautiful - it is the details that really start to set places apart. The pools/pool area is super clean and well kept. The Spartan gym is meticulously clean and has more variety and quality of workout related items then I’ve seen at any other gym before. The valet service is quite effective considering how slammed they get at different times. And as far as I have experienced, all the employees are really cool and interested in helping you out.
