Mountain View Cabins and Campground was first established in the early 1950's by Mildred and Phillip Young. Today, the cabins remain in the family, owned and operated by Mildred's eldest daughter, Judy. She has since expanded the cabins, adding different locations throughout Pittsburg, NH as well as updating and renovating the campground.

This family-oriented establishment has something for everyone and will keep you coming back year after year to enjoy our beautiful area. We have 12 cabins for rent as well as many campsites. Whether you are visiting Pittsburg to relax in a secluded spot or to ride along the trails, Mountain View has a location that will suit your needs.
Services
Our office location is on US Route 3, at Happy Corner, 5 miles north of Pittsburg village. It is 3/4 mile to First Connecticut Lake and 17 miles to the Canadian border. We are at the heart of the snowmobile trail system where Young's Store, Happy Corner Cafe and the cabins and campground are located.
Southern Oasis is Mtn. View's newest property located in Port Charlotte, FL. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with the finest amenities. Sit outside on the southern facing lanai where you can spend the day swimming in the salt water pool watching fish jump and boats go by. At night you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the hot tub.

Judy was very accommodating and answered our endless questions, the cabin was very clean and easily accessible for multiple trucks and trailers and we were even able to bring along our dog for the weekend. We will definitely be staying here again!

The host Judy is super polite and hospitable. My wife and I went up with our two dogs. Loved the cabin . Well stocked kitchen, gas stove and fire pit out front. Plenty of seating, shower is small but works just fine. Not super private with campers 60 to 80 feet away.

Let me just start with I never write a review and I especially never write bad reviews, however, the response we received is inexcusable. We rent campsite 80 for $82.00 a night. We thought this amount was expensive for pitching a tent but it was on the lake and our friends were staying in other camp sites in the park.
When we arrived on Friday and realized that the campsite is very close to the main road (can see our tent from main road close) which turned out to be a trucking route, only a few trees blocked our view of two extremely full dumpsters and the employee parking lot, on top of the about

Super cute and cozy cabins. Great price with an amazing view! Very clean and owner was super friendly. Only downside was the shower was a bit on the small side but it's doable. Totally would stay there again and might make it a yearly trip!

Been staying here for several years and always enjoyed it. Cabins are clean and beds are comfy. My only complaint was this past June my neighbors had two dogs that barked every time I stepped outside. It made it impossible to set on the porch. I love animals, but this was off putting. It wasnt the owners fault and I should have complained. I am stating this here so that Judy might enforce rules about disruptive pets.
