The object of our Create-a-Quote feature is to provide you with pricing of the main rental items you may need for your event, such as the tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, staging, lighting, and linens. It will also help to determine the proper size tent you will require for your event (if you are planning an outdoor event under a tent).

Every great event needs the right ambiance and between our LED up lighting, crystal chandeliers or columns, bronze chandeliers and out most popular bistro lighting, we make it hard to go wrong, whatever your event's lighting needs may be!
If a question should arise, we're prepared and eager to help. NOTE: One other important thing to remember when renting a tent is the size of the space where the tent is to be set-up. This area needs to be 10' longer and 10' wider than the actual size of the tent itself in order to allow room to stake the tent (i.e., 30' x 40' tent needs a 40' x 50' space to fit).

I rented table setting for my wedding on 10/22 Nolan’s delivered everything but was missing the soup bowls, the water glasses, and champagne flutes, causing me to not be able to have a champagne toast and making me serve canned soda for my formal wedding. When I contacted them about the mix up I was told basically I’m lying the general manager said it was there when he picked it up. I took pictures of my table setting missing what was ordered and confirmed with the venu they had nothing stored away from Nolan’s only to confirm there was never any glasses or bowls. This was a complete inconvenience

We knew early in our wedding planning that we were going to use the outdoor area at the Arbor at the Port venue for our wedding. And due to the variability of weather in October in Rochester, we knew that heaters were going to be a must for our event.
Nolan’s were able to provide us with 4 high performing large heaters and they made a huge difference. For any of our guests who were interacting outside of our venue, they were able to gather and socialize without having to be huddled together for warmth. Nolan's Party & Tent Rentals were amazing! We rented two tents at two different locations (flatware, China, tables, linens and lighting) and made multiple changes up until the day of, the entire team including the staff at the main office and the stellar delivery staff was so professional, courteous, polite, respectful and helpful! I am quite disappointed by the customer service offered at Nolan's Rentals. I have no issue with the owner(s) but, a member of the staff. I had called on numerous occasions, on Tuesday morning and afternoon, to perfect a quote we were putting together for my wedding. These items included tents, tables, and chairs, etc. I left a message on Tuesday evening to have them call me Wednesday morning to submit payment for the quote and add a few additional items to the order. Many thanks to Nolan's Rental and Bernie and Margaret Puglisi for transforming our backyard into a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding, complete with a tent, drapery, bistro lights, chandeliers, dance floor, bars, tables, chairs, linens, etc. COVID required us to change many of the original wedding plans in a small window of time. But no one would have ever realized it. Compliments were endless-stunning, spectacular, elegant to name a few. The DJ mentioned that it was the best outdoor venue he had ever worked. Nolan's was fantastic! The tent we rented was in great condition, bistro lights were perfect, and all other rentals for our outdoor wedding were exactly what we needed. Excellent choice for chair rental! We rented around 50-60 white chairs for a ceremony. Nolan was fast and accurate in answering my many questions and adjusted our order a week or so before the ceremony. They loaded and unloaded the chairs effectively and quickly in/from my vehicle, and the chairs (which were their cheapest kind) were nice-looking and sturdy.

For a completely diy wedding in the central new york - I highly recommend Nolan's. They were responsive and friendly throughout the whole processes - questions about specific items, placing the order, modifying the order, delivery and pick up. The farm tables were beautiful, but I really loved the fruitwood chairs! We ordered plates and silverware too, which was all perfect for our event.

Amazing customer service. Everyone here is always so helpful. I rent here often and my items are always correct and waiting at the door for me. Im in and out with a smile every time.
