Their service advisors are friendly, understanding and knowledgeable.
They always keep us updated during the repair process.
Their technicians do a great job of diagnosing and repairing our vehicle's service issues, in a professional and timely manner!
I don't know they keep up with it all, but they do a great job at it!

Always a positive experience at CCC. Excellent communication on what is going on with the vehicle. And realistic expectations on timing. They were backed up a week when I took my vehicle in but were able to squeeze mine in and beat the initial promise. Under promise and over deliver is the right approach.

Community Car Care was truly a lifesaver while in a pinch. I had low air pressure in my tire first thing in the morning. I called a few places and noone was willing to get me in that day. After calling CCC and speaking to Tina, they got me in immediately, fixed my tire while I waited in their waiting area and had me in and out quickly. They have a nice sitting area that is clean and comfortable and accommodated myself and my toddler. I will continue to use CCC from now on. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently took my truck to community car care after not having driven it for 2 years due to transmission issues and various leaks looking to get it ready for road use. Chris and the front desk staff were very patient with my questions and concerns about the truck and were honest about what was wrong with the vehicle, which can be difficult to come by when you don't know where to look.

After having trouble with my used 2013 Buick Regal we first took it to the dealership where we purchased the car to have it looked at. After multiple times of taking the car there and racking up a couple thousands in repairs, and being told they didn't know what the issue was and doing pointless repairs. We finally took it to community car care where the problem was fixed after just one day and we haven't had any problems since and it's been over a year since the repair. I am more than happy with their service and expertise!

I seriously had the BEST experience with Community Car Care! Their Customer Service was top notch and their attention to detail was amazing! I officially love this place after my car troubles made me find a place around here that would fix the problem and not rob me. I was referred there by friends and I received great treatment. Tina in the front office typically answers the phone and in my interactions with her, she's very interested in making sure that customers are happy. I needed a part put in that cost a pretty penny but I had the opportunity to get a used part for hundreds less. I was glad that I was provided that option. I'm a big fan of community car care in Alexandria, KY. Everyone has always been extremely nice there. The employees are very helpful and all the work I've had done seems good at fair prices. There are a lot of places closer to my house that I pass because I like community car care. (Their oil changes are a bit expensive though).

I dropped my girlfriends car off here because it's close to my work where I had it towed after the transmission went out on it. It had an extended warranty on it which I figured would be a hassle.
I took the paperwork I had to James at the counter and he took my information and said he would handle dealing with them.
They figured out the issue and sorted out the fact that the cars transmission was under warranty and would have to get towed to a dealer.
They didn't do much work on her car but James was a big help on figuring out the direction that I needed to take and with advice

Automotive repair for me is a risky subjective thing. Dropped my Wife's 2006 Outback Subaru off to Diagnosis a Burning smell and Check engine light. This was a 2nd opinion because the first auto service place was a little vague about the problems and solutions. Reread first sentence.
Ken called with his opinion of needed service and pricing. He patiently answered my questions fully. We told him to fix it for the price he quoted. He called the next day. Your car is ready we'll be here until 6 for pickup.
