All of our doors require codes for entry, and each room and area is equipped with cameras. We have designed a safe, secure, and germ-resistant environment for your child. With staff trained in CPR and First Aid, limited building access, modern play equipment, hands-free restroom facilities, and video monitoring on-site and on the Internet, we provide a state-of-the-art environment in which your child may grow and learn.

Each classroom is constructed with hospital grade equipment and ventilation to help prevent spread of germs. When children come into the school we feel we need to start every day with the pledge of allegiance, the second thing we do is the Lord's prayer. We believe in yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, no sir, please, and thank you.

The one teacher that actually took care of my baby was fired for communicating with me about my child’s day. (good or bad) The owner made up some reason to fire her. My baby left daily with a blistered bottom and had not been fed all day on several occasions….and the teachers in her room were so scared of being fired by the owner they would actually put that on her daily activity sheet. When I inquired about it, the owner made excuses! The last straw was when she got so upset about me asking her about the incidences, she told me to come get my baby from daycare, that she would not keep her

I will say that we for the most part had a positive experience with many of the teachers here but the owner Patricia did not care to hear our concerns or suggestions at all. The first incident was discussed with staff behind closed doors and we felt we got nowhere. The second incident was when the daycare owner lied to my wife regarding COVID protocol forcing us to miss work to care for our son after he should have been allowed to come back per doctors, and then blatantly lied to me about the situation. It got to the point where we felt is was better to not address situations for fear that our

I worked here for almost 2 years and put my heart and soul into it. I was let go the day AFTER my 60th birthday without any verbal or written warnings EVER! I got my raises, kept the Nursery in order and all the moms loved me for taking such good care of their babies. I’ve heard so many bad things about them since I’ve left. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not leave your sweet babies here! Do your research and talk to different people. I’ve become a Nanny since leaving there and it has been great. I do miss all of the babies but am able to keep them for parents after hours. I will continue to do

Both of my children have attended BSCA since shortly after it’s opening. I could not ask for a more loving environment for my children. My oldest was more than ready for kindergarten when the time came and my youngest is flourishing. On our journey to school he will call out the shapes of road signs on his own and keep an accurate count of any school busses that we pass on the highway. He counts to 20 in English and up to 10 in Spanish. They have cameras so I am able to check in on them at any time. Any concerns I have had have been dealt with immediately and in a professional manner. They truly

We had several issues while my son was in daycare. One being that I was informed I had a bill that I needed to pay on. Was never informed that I had finished paying off the bill until I called and found out that I had overpaid. Also, had issues with biting. My son did bite but I think it was out of self defense, they tried to work with him but it seems they just gave up and ended up putting in a chair isolated from the group during every meal and every craft time. As a mama, this broke my heart into pieces. We used to love BSCA, but I am very disappointed with how everything was handled. When I

The severity of child neglect is unreal at this daycare. It is heart breaking to see how poorly these children are treated and how rude the staff is to parents if you ask about it! I’ve seen my nephew come home covered in bruises, bite marks, busted lips, busted nose, and with diaper rash from not being cleaned properly during diaper changes! They picked him out of the group and isolated him! Would make him eat food alone and exclude him from any crafts! I’ve seen the footage on the daycare cameras and it’s heart breaking to see these children being treated like this!! DHR has been contacted

I kept my granddaughter for the first 10 months of her life when her mommy decided it was time for daycare for socialization etc. As a grand who had kept her for 10 months, I was VERY critical of any place we looked at, especially having worked in a daycare before. I told my daughter it would have to be the “Ritz Carlton” of daycares before I would allow it! Well, BSCA is exactly that! She began shortly after they opened and we have been MORE than pleased! She has been in three different classes and has had wonderful, loving teachers in each class. She has thrived and learned so much! I have

My daughter has been enrolled in this daycare for two years and we have had nothing but positive experiences. All of her teachers have been wonderful and they actually learn instead of just playing all day. At 2 years old, my daughter could count to 10 in English and Spanish, knew her colors and alphabet. At 3 years old, my daughter has learned to increase her counting beyond 20, memorize the pledge of allegiance, etc. My daughter loves the staff and is happy to attend daycare here each day.

There are a few very high quality teachers who honestly love the kids & do their absolute best. On the other hand Ownership / Management is unprofessional, rude & unfortunately looks at the bottom line vs the best interest of the kids. Our child is learning way more @ the new school we enrolled them in as well as doesn't get bullied or sit against the wall all day b/c management sides with the side of the bully over the children being bullied. If I could give a ZERO I would. You're better off leaving your kids in the woods by themselves then sending them to this facility

My mother kept my two girls for years! I had complete trust, peace of mind, and joy in knowing that they were being so well taken care of! Unfortunately, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and was going to require surgery along with many doctors appts. Therefore, we knew that it was time to look for a daycare. It is quite difficult to trust a daycare with your child after having you mother keep them for so long. My two girls were enrolled in BSCA in October 2019 and we have loved it since day one! Second to my mom, this place loves the girls and welcomes them each morning with smiles and hugs! My
