I was there today(1/15/22 @ 1:58pm) and got the most expensive wash option. The kids working there did not have a clue. The young man at the entrance was very polite and welcoming. That was the ONLY good point of my one and only visit here(my first and last).
$16.00 totally wasted for "the best package"
My vehicle still had salt all over it, that they smeared everywhere attempting to dry it with dirty soaked towels.
It truly looked better before the wash.
Extremely disappointed customer.

They took a good inch and a half of paint off the side of my car. Then they took a week and a half to tell me they are not going to do anything to get my car fixed the whole time they told me they they believed me that their car wash did it, but when they told me how I was going to get it fixed they did nothing

What happen to work ethic? Mainly the people that dry your vehicles. They use wet towels. Slop the tire shine on so it flings all over your car when you drive off. One guy had an unzipped jacket and his zipper was running across my paint the whole time when he dried the car. I almost lost it on him. So pathetic. I wouldn’t let them wash my moped

Just had my wife's Jeep done at the detail shop, (Platinum package Maumee location), was supposed to be machine buffed, clay barred, hand waxed, and poly sealed. Went to pick it up about 4:45pm, detail shop was closed, so ended up talking to the car wash staff. Car had bugs on the front fascia when we picked it up. Talked to the car wash staff, they were very apologetic, (especially since it wasn't their SNAFU). I dealt with it when I got the car home, and removed them myself with some polish. I absolutely cannot believe they did what the package calls out, no way it could have been missed through

They have many young kids who work here. They will use towels with rocks in them upon exit to dry off your vehicle. Be prepared for heavy scratches if you have a new car. I witnessed a plus size kid put a towel with rock in it into my windshield, I immediately called for the manager and spoke to an very inexperienced manager they called J J.

I went in for a $16 wash and they removed my antenna off my truck which is great. Went through the car wash came out in my truck still dirty. I got the tire shine for the tires and they thought it was funny to put the tire shine on my tread. They did not offer to put my antenna back on. So I have a dirty truck that I could do burnouts in but can’t listen to the radio.

Unlike other car wash places, when I go through here, my car is actually completely clean when I come out!
I've been to several other places and have had dried stuff on my car left on, even by another places "best wash". My car doesn't go mud bogging or anything like that!!! Don't get that idea. I'm talking bird and berries leftovers.
I don't have to pay for their most expensive wash here to get my car actually clean.

Never go here ever for an oil change!! They stripped my drain plug and gave me an oil leak. Then next day I had to get some unrelated work done on my car and I was informed I had an oil leak and was down 3 quarts. Had to get a new plug and another oil change. When I complained to the manager he asked me to come to the store and made me wait behind the line of 3 cars waiting to get oil changes. After waiting a half an hour he tells me oh there is nothing they can do and they won't take responsibility for it. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER go there again.

Do not go here!! Had a detail in June and as soon as we got it home our DVD player and TV screens wouldn't work. I was told BY THEM they probably sprayed something into it and they would send someone out. Weeks later a random man they call "Radio Dave" showed up at my house and explained he had no experience with the system I had, but would do research. Again, weeks later, I called Quinn and left a VM. No response, but eventually he did contact me to take it to Yark dealership to have it looked at because they have an account there. I went for the platinum detailing package.
Good: the guys were friendly and the work was done within 4 hours as promised. They did an overall decent job on the interior and at removing most of the easily visible scratches.
Bad: their attention to detail (pun intended) could improve. The inside of my windshield had residual streak from the interior protectant. The wheels had dirty spots. Finally, the middle part of my front fascia was still completely dirty and it seemed like they did not buff and/or wax it at all.

Groupon has the platinum detail for $125 which is regularly $250. Supposed to take 3 or 4 hours and do all this great stuff. Dropped car off at 12:10pm and they called at 1:38pm that they were done. Of course it was a lousy rush job. Called to complain and give them a chance. Well no deal and a waste of my $125.

Wow staff is nice but my car was dirtier when I left I didn't realize it till I parked my car the back of my car is horrible. This is the one on Monroe street had the 15 dollar wash what a joke does not include vacuum or anything towel wipe with filthy towels is what I got. I will never return save your money and go somewhere else......
