MPI installed open cell foam in my detached garage. I started the process near the beginning of the year and because I was doing a lot of the work myself it took a while until I was ready but they honored their quote, arrived early in the morning, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good value and quick work on their part. Would use them again.

I would NOT recommend MPI. Hired them to spray in closed cell. As soon as the weather warmed up I could hear a loud snapping sound coming from the attic area. The foam was pulling away from the rafters leaving 1-2 inch gaps. MPI sent two guys to “touch up” the gaps which were everywhere. I overheard the guys asking themselves, “who sprayed this job? They must have had the mix wrong”. We had already dry walled our vaulted ceilings but could see that the foam had also pulled away from the rafters in this area. I asked MPI if they were going to arrange to have the drywall taken down to spray

Absolutely professional and outstanding service! MPI Foam was personally recommended to me by a contractor who works with MPI for all of his Spray Foam Insulation needs. He was absolutely right. The MPI crew was on time and ready for my project. The entire process was explained thoroughly and all my questions answered. The job was completed in a thorough and timely manner. The area completed was a bedroom extension on our house and was prepped with plastic to protect carpet and cleaned after the job as if they had never been there. Really happy with the work we got done with MPI Foam. We bought an older house with a pretty beat up crawl space. We got connected to Scott Jansen at MPI through our contractor and Scott took good care of us. We ended up laying a vapor barrier, sealing the walls with foam, and integrating the HVAC from the house into the crawl space for temperature and humidity controls. Scott was literally never more than a text message away, which was really helpful since it was a several day project. Highly recommend. The procedure is definitely an investment, but it has a lifetime warranty so it's peace of

MPI Foam sealed our attic with spray foam. The whole process of obtaining a quote and all the way through completion of the work was great. The estimator, Ian, was prompt and attentive. He answered all our questions and communicated every step of the way.
The crew members were professional and had an eye for detail. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and they exceeded our expectations.
The temperature on the underside of our roof deck before the foam was 150 degrees. The temperature on the surface of the foam is now 90 degrees. To say the least, we are impressed.

These guys are great!! I cannot recommend them more strongly! Thank you to Scott and the team at MPI Insulation for spray foaming our attic! They came and did the work efficiently, professionally and incredibly neatly. When we came home you could not tell they had even been there!! Until of course I looked in the attic. There was an instant difference in the way our 2nd floor felt; the humidity was no longer there! We can now store items up there and the air handler is running a fraction of the time it was before. Thank you!!!

Scott Jansen and the MPI Foam team did a fantastic job spray foaming the inside of my 24'x40' metal building (workshop). Of all the companies I contacted about doing this for me Scott was the only one to actually take the time to come look at my project. He also provided excellent advice about why I shouldn't install a ventilation system, as I originally intended. Which I now understand how that would have been counter-productive to the spray foam insulation. Thanks for that advise.
The MPI Team installed 1" of foam on my walls and 2" on my roof. And my workshop is easily 10-15 degrees cooler

We recently used MPI to spray foam insulation in our special events facility. Guest comfort and acoustics were really suffering because of a flat metal roof that wasn't insulated. Scott was so professional and helpful. He was able to provide me a quote immediately, and his team was able to come in and do the work based on our party schedule. They worked very hard to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the foam. We have already experienced savings in our utility bills, and at the last guest event, the space was cool - even in the beginning of August and one of the worst heat waves ever. I highly recommend
