4A's Cargo is a family owned "Balikbayan box" cargo shipping company established in 2004. The founder and owner, Roland Tanaleon, first started from home, and sought out Filipino customers who bought telephone cards and used his services in shipping Balikbayan boxes to the Philippines. The number of satisfied customers grew, and so did his business.
He then opened up an office in Carson, California. With a growing company, he still wanted to give his customers the best shipping prices, and so, he had to find ways to cut down the delivery cost. One way was to open up his own delivery service right in the heart of Manila. He then established 4A's Manila in Manila, Philippines in 2006.

There were 6 boxes that we packed and taped ourselves so that they were secure and safe. Upon arrival to the Philippines, not to mention some boxes were delivered weeks later than the others, we found that 5 of the 6 boxes had items missing from them. We know because we’ve made a list of which box has how many items. When we confronted them about this, it was denied that they were tampered with. There’s picture evidence that we had taped the boxes a certain way before shipping, and picture evidence of how the boxes looked when they arrived at their destination. All of the taping we did was

VERY WORST CARGO. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY BOXES FROM 4AS CARGO. MY MOM BOXES GOT DELIVERED FOR 4MONTHS. WHEN OUT FAMILY GOT THE BOXES MOST OF THE ITEMS ARE NOT THERE, ALL ARE MESSEP UP. My box was picked up September 26,2021 bound for Pangasinan. When I checked on the status online in November it said ETA in Manila is November 30. 3 weeks later I checked it again and this time they changed the ETA date to Nov. 21,I called many times and I can't get a hold of anybody. I still have 3 more boxes and I am afraidit will come on time becauseI am going to back home. I called their office several times and like expected, nobody answers. Please do something to resolve this.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
I ship a big box Oct 07 and evertime I try to locate my box it say invalid.i called Carson thay tell me to keep checking in 2 to 3 week and here it is Dec 5 ,2021 and still giving me the run around .I pray that my box gets delivered .to my wife and kids in the Philippines 🇵ðŸ‡. Cause I will never use this company ever again.

I'm very disappointed on how they respond. My box (TV) picked up Sept 15 until this time they didn't yet deliver. Not even respond my email. And the person who pick it up the only answer is "I will check Mam" My family called their office in Manila the telephone is no longer in service. IS THIS HOW YOU DO YOUR BUSINESS? YOU SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE A CORRECT TELEPHONE #.

I have been waiting a week for my box to be picked up. The contact said he would pick up Monday, he never showed up... after calling he said he will pick up Friday. It is now Friday and I am told he will pick up Saturday. This company is unreliable and they do not keep their word! Also the tracking on the website is not reliable and there is no customer service.

I sent a balikbayan box for Manila around March 16, 2021 and as of today, May 10,
2021 tracking advisory port arrival is on the 18th of May. I believe it only takes approximately 21 days at sea for a ship to travel from Long Beach, CA to MNL.
Almost 2 months later it allegedly appears still in transit. I emailed them for requested info on the Bill of Lading 2x to determine the truthfulness and definitive ship date but no response. I have a feeling this company had probably shipped this container only towards mid April. I do not recommend this shipper or cargo company at all. Rate them poor in

This is the first time my mom used this shipping provider and I must say this is by far the worst experience we had. Imagine the time it took for us to wait and then worse is that their tracking system isn't much help at all. It reached to the point that I had to call their number and guess what? It is freakin terrible! The person I spoke does not have any clue not even the ETA of our boxes. This will be the last time we'll use this. Never again!

I dealt with your Las Vegas agent, Mr. Rudy Cabulong, for your Balikbayan Box shipment services to the Philippines. He set up an appointment for pickup, filled out all the necessary paperwork, and put the necessary tags on the boxes. He brought me replacement boxes for future use. He gave me an estimated date of delivery and explained that, because of the pandemic, there may be a bit of a delay. When there was a delay, he sent me a text message and informed me of the new expected delivery date. Everything was done without a hitch.

If there is a 0 star, i would give that to them. We have been doing business with them for years. Everytime Rolly picks up the box, he would always make unnecesaary uncomfortable comments. We send boxes more now when my mom got here. So we expect to be treated as good customers. As he always change his pricing, i ask him how much? Then as soon as he mentions the price, even with me agreeing to it, he said and yelled at me go to other companies. Go to atlas or alas. I am so appalled. Who treats a customer like that? He is so rude...

Communication and pick-up by Mike Cabatingan is exceptional and prompt! But delivery to destination - specifically to Cebu - IS SLOW - sometimes 10 weeks or more after pick-up! My recipients in Cebu have tried calling the Cebu office for updates, but no one replies or calls back. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME!!! The only reason I keep using this company is because of Mike Cabatingan.
I have brought this matter to the owner, Rolly, but he too NEVER REPLIED! Seems like his staff learned from him.

The guy who picked up my box is super nice and the price is reasonable. I asked how long is the shipping will be they said 45 days. I sent my Box March 4 and it's almost end of May and it's still pending. I'm so disappointed! I always use atlas but wanted to try other company cause they delivered my box late but still make it on time for Christmas last year. I'm definitely going back to atlas and not using 4A's anymore.
