I, Cory Liptak WRT, ASD, started my company while in college and after hard work and extensive schooling I was able to watch my vision grow. Mold is natural occurring organism, and is present almost everywhere. In an indoor environment hundreds of different kinds of mold are able to grow wherever there is moisture and an organic substrate (food source). Mold can grow on building and other materials including: the paper on gypsum wallboard (drywall), ceiling tiles, wood products, paint, wallpaper, carpeting, furnishings, books, papers, clothes and other fabrics.

Had to reschedule 3 times for a simple mold inspection which they said would only last 20-30 minutes if that. Each time they never showed up. They didn't call to say they weren't coming. Each time I had to call to ask where they were. Would not recommend.

A faulty toilet installation on my first floor led to water damage and mold in my basement bathroom. I found Liptak as I searched for what it would take to fix this, and they left my basement bathroom better than it was even before the leak.
They removed the drywall and insulation that had water damage, removed the water, sprayed for mold, did air cleanup, and put my bathroom back together. I hope I won't need to deal with water damage in the future; but if I do, I know who to call.

We had damage in our finished basement due to a hot water heater leak.
The restored it beautifully, beyond what we expected.
The woodwork done by Tim and Austin was exceptional.
New flooring, rugs and drywall all came out perfect.
Good reliable staff throughout the project.
They went the extra mile to help us match the cedar panelling to what was not damaged which was a challenge.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They showed up quick after the phone call for a flood in our basement. Workers were extremely nice and took care of everything. Would definitely call them again.

They were called for flooding related to burst pipes. We were waiting for an insurance claim. 3 times their crew showed up and did absolutely nothing but make excuses of why they couldn't start work. We were initially told there was no deposit required, and that if the insurance claim didn't cover the work they had payment plans - then this became needing a credit card to place on file before even starting work. Pods and dumpsters they were to drop off the day after calling never showed up, and of course they had excuses for that. No written estimate was ever provided even though

Had a relatively small job - unfinished basement which was damp after we drained 2 inches of water - promptly returned my call over the weekend but did not show up on Monday as they committed to do so. Spent the day scrambling to get fans and dehumidifiers - don't know if I have enough capacity to dry it out and avoid mold.
