Love the color! Good customer service.
They had the parts needed for my 03 Anniversary Edition Heritage when I stopped in for the first time after a visit to the nearby Costco.
Subsequently scheduled a tire change while I waited since we live 2 hrs away. Thanks for the accommodation for not having to make another trip back.

In a world where customer service sucks these days, my experience with Sammy in the service department was a breath if fresh air. I installed an 18 inch fat tire on my road glide and needed help getting the tire mounted, balanced, and the correct tpm sensor installed. The staff was very helpful even when the company that provided the kit did not have the correct valve and tpm for my application. They set me up with what I needed and had my tire finished and ready to go the same day. Can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation a positive one.

Brought my 2004 Road King Classic in on Oct. 2, 2021 to have the compressor repaired on my LEGEND rear air bags. I was advised by Sammy, a service rep, that I needed a complete new system because LEGEND didn't make the parts anymore for the system. Cost to replace, close to $1800. Contacted Jared from LEGEND and he said that he had just talked to PPHD this same day about my bike and all it needed was a $75.00 solenoid on the compressor. Confronted Sammy on OCT 7 about the issue and he said it was just a miscommucation between him and Daniel, the service tech who was working on the bike.Told Sammy

I wanted to share my recent experience at Pikes Peak Harley Davidson. I wasn’t really expecting to buy a new bike when I wandered in last week, but I was greeted by Sheena, who intently listened while I rambled on about what I was thinking. They had a really nice selection but I wasn’t seeing that perfect bike. Then, she led me to the 2021 Road Glide CVO that hadn’t even his the floor yet. When they finally brought it around, I was done! Wow!
Anyway, I rode it home that evening really happy with the whole experience. Hats off to Sheena, Wren, Justin,Joel, CJ, Cedric, Kaitlin and Hannah.

Second time I've purchased a new bike here. It was the first experience that had me go back. This time, was no exception.
The staff here is open, knowledgeable and friendly. Once agreeing to a price on the bike I wanted, everything was quick and painless and it took no time to get me out the door. A special shout out to Randi for in Sales for being very easy to work with and for working to get me the lowest interest rate possible. Another special thanks to Karissa for keeping everything organized and smooth. You guys were great!

My fiancé and I went to Avalanche ready to buy a used bike we saw online. This would have been our first bike and we were very excited. We waited over 6 hours while the sales man talked a good game but the finance guy seemed more interested in other potential customers than helping us. We filled out a credit application and were preapproved but he left us waiting for 2 additional hours and then tried to sell us a bike that wasn’t anywhere on the floor and was actually in pieces being repaired. We walked out very disappointed.
