I am in excruciating pain, every time I step on my heal it feels like I’m stepping on a Lego. I have a six month window for insurance to cover treatment and they never answer their phone so that I can make an appointment. I’m not even able to leave the messages so I guess I should drive there to see if they even exist. So I guess I will hop over to my car and drive there.

Social distancing and masks were used in the two offices we attended, Menifee & Murrieta. My son has seen Dr. Evan's for ingrown toenails. He was very quick yet thorough, pleasant and sympathetic to his situation. He had an infection from the ingrown toe nails and prescribed antibiotics with a cleaning regimen daily, which quickly helped to start to clear the infection and helped mildly curve some of the pain. Obviously the ingrown toe nail still caused pain. He completed cutting his nails today, again quickly yet thoroughly addressing what needed to be done. My son said he was thankful he handled

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was a horrible experience. I got referred here by kaiser and it was literally a nightmare. Please look this place up before spending your hard earned money and precious time here. Because you won’t get that back. Dr. Do and Dr. Evans are super rude and terrible with service. Dr Evans said some racist remarks and told me to leave. Dr. Do went in my room for 3 mins and told me something that I already knew. Then charged me for it. I’m confused how this place is in business.

Highly recommend! 💛 I called this office after getting a piece of glass stuck in the bottom of my foot. The front office worked with me and the Dr Shin’s busy schedule to get me in right away. The front office was professional and checked me in on time. I was seated quickly and Dr Shin took excellent care of me. I went to my follow up appointment a week later and once again was seated and checked in on time. Dr Shin was in the room for our visit with just within just a few minutes. I loved this office ! they took good care of me!

The office manager, Samantha and one other young woman I give 5 stars. However check with your insurance before any surgery. If I had known the rating given after surgery I never would have let him touch me. My foot will never be the same and 6 months after surgery have pain, my toe is a stub and does not bend. I ended up with DVT because when went to him with swollen leg was told just normal healing!There were to many issues to list! Avoid like the plague!!

This particular office and it's staff need to be avoided at all costs. I was sent here from Kaiser as they were too busy. Next time I will just wait for Kaiser. The large waiting room was packed and not very clean, standing room only. The other patients, were quite vocal and stated that this long wait was typical. I waited over 90 minutes with no explanation from the staff and was never seen. After 90 minutes, I explained to the desk staff that I needed to leave for another appointment. Only then did they usher me into a room an assured me the doctor would be right in. Instead they left me there

Seriously worst experience ever!!!!! From the moment I got there to the moment I left. The receptionist butchered my name! Didnt even try to say it correctly. Once I was in the room she told me to remove my shoes and socks. I was wearing flip flops 🙄 my appointment was at 3:45pm I was there on time and was in the room by 3:50pm which was great. Dr. didn't come in until about 45- 50 mins later. Only to storm out of the room about 3mins later. I could see that she was getting an incoming call on her iwatch. Very unprofessional. Didn't come back until about 5mins after that only to try and sell
