I've bought tires from them several times in the past and have ALWAYS been treated well. I made an appointment and took my car in today due to a balance issue with tires I purchased elsewhere. I requested that they balance them using the "Road force balance" system that they have. Granted it does cost a little more than a regular balance ($27 vs. 15 or so per tire) but, it made a HUGE difference and it was well worth every penny! In short, I've recommended these guys to several other people in the past...and will continue to do so!

This tire store really cares about the customer. They were able to repair a tire that was from my truck, reinstalled it and took the spare that I was running and reinstalled the spare tire and wheel back under my truck while having a busy time with other peoples vehicles. I didn't expect them to put my spare away for me. They have always took great care for me even if its just warranty road hazzard issues. Will continue to do business with this shop, great work !

Several years ago I had a John Deere tractor and a job I absolutely had to have finished. A front tire blew on a Saturday, and no one would touch it until I called Luti tire. I was up and going again within two hours. Then I had a tire on an old trailer that needed repair. Again no one would touch it until I called Luti. Sure enough they said bring it on over and they had it repaired very quickly. My son needed new tires for his old Mercedes wagon. That may have been the first set of tires I got from Luti but again they had the correct tires, at a competitive price, and we were out the door quickly

I first called Walt Luti in Lebanon just to get a price quote on four tires for a minivan, just shopping around. Mike was courteous and friendly from the moment he said hello. He gave me some honest advice, directed me to a lower priced, but better tire based on his knowledge and experience and quoted me a total that was lower than anywhere else. The work was done quicker than expected and the total on the invoice was the exact amount Mike quoted to the penny. The guarantees and warranties alone speak for themselves. Walt Luti Tire is hands down the best place for great tires but their customer is exceptional. I have had tires put on three of my cars at Luti. Their prices beat the big chains but their attention to the customers' needs is what makes this family business stand out. Today on my way to work in a heavy rain storm, my driver's side windshield wiper stopped working. I was able to find my way to Luti's and even with no appointment they got my car in. Turns it a nut had fallen off the arm of the wiper blade. 3 minutes later and NO CHARGE I was on my way to work. A big thanks to Luti Tire

We've been going to Walt Luti for nearly a decade now. This is the epitome of a family-run business. From the quality of care to the efficiency of appointments, you can count on the folks at Walt Luti to take care of you.
I made an appointment, telling them exactly what I thought needed to be done. I received a phone call shortly after I got home telling me they could do the work I asked, but it really didn't need to be done. Scott proceeded to tell me what work truly needed to be completed, and saved me $400 in the process.

Walt Luti quoted me $10 a tire for for lawn and garden tires to be mounted on my rims. They called me later saying it was going to be more like $20/tire because they were difficult to mount. I asked if they were successful mounting one, it was holding air, and no scratches on the rim?
They did not have it mounted, holding air, and there were scratches. I went in to check and there were gouges down to the metal in several locations.
Took my tires/rims to another shop and they mounted all tires with no problem and were able to smooth down all the scratches to get tires mounted without

Walt Luti Tire is truly an honest business. I went there and found not only they are very efficient , but they went above & beyond to help be resolve a tire problem. That told me they really stand behind their products. It is well worth the drive to do business with this 3rd generation Tire & Auto Repair business.

I have never had a bad experience with them. I have found them to be both honest and caring! I went to another place down the street that gave me the run around and tried to sell me all kinds of crap I didn't need. Walt Luti doesn't do that! They make you feel like a friend of the family! They made my safety and my family's safety their priority.
