I had to cancel my wedding due to covid19 and lost my job. I emailed them and they said they would refund me. That was the 22nd of April and it’s May 11th and I haven’t gotten my money back or have gotten a reply back. I’ve emailed, called, left messages, and texted. I wanted to take them again when I got my wedding planned again. But now I just want my money back. Please do not waste your money here. They do not care. If you see this please do the right thing and give me my refund. Lying and not taking care of the customer during pandemic. I don’t want to have to go through further action

We utilized this photo booth, they showed up on time, however the quality of the pictures was dark, you could not see them at all. The printer also stopped working 1 hour before the event ended where no one could get a copy of their pictures.
Upon contacting the owner Jaron, he was very responsive and right away agreed to make things right. We asked if the pictures could be re-printed and sent, when this was not available he offered a refund.
We've been awaiting for the refund and has not been received.
We are super disappointed in the lack of follow-thru. Should Jaron fix this issue and submits

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHOTO BOOTH!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give this a negative five stars, I would. This was the worst experience I could have imagined with a photo booth. I had it for my wedding and the attendant showed up late then the photo booth malfunctioned until about fifteen minutes left in the reception. Poor quality pictures as well. Nobody was able to enjoy it unless they stayed until the end.
This was not the worst part! I called mr Krause after the weekend and started to explain to him what had happened. Not only was I questioned I was called a liar before he even researched what happened
