Innovative Packaging is an independent producer of high quality packaging products. Over 30 years ago Gene Fleck and his partner Liz McClain decided to take their vast knowledge of manufacturing and an entrepreneurial spirit to provide packaging customers with quality and service above and beyond the level they had ever experienced. They began by finding the best sources for quality packaging and adding a new level of service in delivery and warehousing.

These folks are honest and fair. They have plenty of parking; and the facility itself has thousands of square footage. Personally Its a huge gigantic factory. Ive been from one end to the other painting it. The owners have treated me fajr and are kind. I love working for them moreover Its a break from other labor intensive projects.
