We needed a last minute booking. We were having a big party at our house and the pool liner had just ripped. So, we needed something to keep the kids entertained and cooled off. They were all booked up but figured out a way to make it work for my event anyway. We booked a bounce house with water slide. They were on time, good with communication, generous with their time and very friendly. They set everything up and explained how everything worked very clearly. I would 100% recommend.

Simply the best!!! Hands down one of the best companies I have ever used. They are incredibly nice and accommodating. Great communication and they were even early dropping off the bounce house . The bounce house was in fantastic condition, clean and sanitized . Hiring this company really made our party fun . I look forward to using them again and again for our future fun get togethers .

I rented the obstacle course for my daughter’s 7th Birthday. It was easy to book and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to cancel if needed and no up front cost. It was setup and cleaned up promptly at the specified time and I didn’t have to do a thing. The kids all had a great time! They really loved competing side by side racing through it! Prices were comparable to other local rental companies. I would recommend and use them again.

My son had a blast! It started raining before my sons party and Nathan was amazing he watched the weather for me for any updates. We decided we didn’t want to take any chances so we cleared out our living room and he was able to set everything up inside to keep the party going. 10/10 the kids loved it

Phenomenal customer service! We had a bounce house and yard sign reserved for our kids birthday and then week of it qas gonna be a total rain out, they were incredible about us canceling the bounce house a few days before, but keeping the yard sign and we're amazing with "you can't control the weather". For a stressed mama planning a 2 kid party this was a HUGE weight off my shoulders. The yard sign looked amazing and was waterproof, kids loved it, guests loved it, the owner was incredible. Will absolutely be repeat customers in the future! Great small business! Love being able to suppory a family

Wow... I can't say enough great things about This business!!! I booked a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday and every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer everything quickly. Additionally, it was extremely clean, which is the biggest reason why most people aren't fond of their kids jumping in one. They were right on time for setup and take down and my daughter enjoyed every second of it, along with all her friends. I will definitely recommend them to any and all friends looking for a great addition to any kids party

Jump and Play RVA did an amazing job at serving as our entertainment for our annual neighborhood social. Rachel, the owner, is very knowlegable about the county codes and what you need to make every aspect of your party safe and fun! Rachel and her husband own the company and come and set up and tear down. The jump house was clean, exactly what we said we wanted and safe. All the kids had a blast! I try to support local companies in the RVA area when I can, so I will be using them again in the future! Thanks Jump and Play RVA!
