Do not use this company!!
They don’t even use hot water and just made mud out of my carpet. My carpet was disgusting and I had to have a real professional come redo it.
He just literally spins this thing around on the carpet and makes mud.

The simple fact that they squeezed us in during the holidays with our DOG that pooped in our living room is EVERYTHING! They where so kind and understanding. 2 gentleman arrived on time and were very professional and friendly! Both worked efficiently to clean my entry stairwell and two large area rugs...per stains and smell removed and stairs look good as new especially being such a high traffic area. James even left a bottle of his very own spit cleaner. I would use them again!

As I read the 2 bad reviews I realized you really can't make everyone happy. Reading the company's response gave me the confidence to give them a try. They will do whatever it takes to provide customer satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised Jim was able to take out the stains on our very soiled carpets, they look brand new. I will definitely use their service again.
Just make sure you double check your order thoroughly when you receive it by text message. There was a slight miscommunication in the beginning (I should have caught it) and I was misquoted.

We needed a carpet cleaning for a large 4 bedroom home with pets and MacDonald Carpet Cleaning was prompt in their response and reasonable with their cost. They took their time and made sure our carpet was clean, smelling much better, and looking like a completely different place. They were able to remove some really tough stains, and our home is much improved. Not only was the quality of cleaning great, but they were also very polite, kind, and professional. I recently did remodeling in my downstairs and the dust was crazy. My allergies were killing me so I reached out to book carpet cleaning for my upstairs hoping that would help. It totally did the trick!
Jim reached out to give me the quote and even worked with me on coming on two separate occasions doing half one day and half the second day since we didn't want to move furniture downstairs. He was very understanding when I had to reschedule the second session because of work.

If you're looking for a thorough carpet clean then MacDonald Carpet cleaning is your company. Jim the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it came to getting my three rooms, hallway and stairs cleaned. I am so pleased with their work, specifically on a room that I was renting. The renters had cats in the room and had left the carpet a mess but Jim not only took the stains away, he also helped with the odor. I can't thank them enough for helping me with this transformation.

Jim super nice guy. Did a great job. Love that everything he used is safe and organic. I had a lot of stains in the carpet he got 98% out. The only thing he could not get was some paint that was really in there. Carpet looks way better and cleaner. I will use him again in the future when I need it done again. Also just remembered I had pet urine and stains from dog accidents. He got everything out the urine odor gone which was HUGE. Thanks again Jim.
