Dr. Mezrow's education includes Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He received his medical degree from The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Mezrow worked in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery for nearly a decade where he published extensively and lectured throughout the United States and also internationally.
Chin augmentation using an implant is the most common procedure for the use of facial implants. Facial implants are designed for augmentation, reconstructive or rejuvenative purposes. The implants are available in various sizes and styles for the chin, jaw, nose and cheek to fit your individual needs.
Otoplasty, is commonly performed on protruding ears, ears that stick out too far from the head in children and adults and often having varying degrees of absence of the fold (antihelical fold) of the ear. This inherited condition in which the ears protrude often cause children and adults to be very self-conscious.
Blepharoplasty is commonly performed on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids or both, to decrease excess skin and fat resulting in a more youthful, less tired appearance. During the consultation, Dr. Mezrow will ask you about your particular concerns regarding your eyelids. This will help determine your expectations and determine whether they can be realistically achieved.
A facelift procedure lifts hanging excess skin and deeper structures of the face and neck with repositioning these structures and removing excess yielding a more youthful, refreshed appearance. The procedure improves hanging jowls, obscured jaw line, sagging cheek skin and loose flabby necks. Facelift does not rejuvenate or reposition low eyebrows, which is a separate and distinct procedure.

I highly recommend Dr. Mezrow; he's incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. I had a bad experience with fillers a year ago and wasn't going to get fillers again until a friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Mezrow. I can't believe how much he has enhanced my appearance on my face; I look much more youthful and trust him 100%. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! He's the best!!

I just got my first tattoo laser removal treatment done with Dr. Mezrow. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and made me feel very at ease. Pain level was incredibly manageable and it was all done super quickly. Super excited for the final results, looking forward to my next treatment!

I had a very enlightening meeting with Dr. Mezrow recently.
Here is my backstory -- I am relatively new to Philadelphia so when I was looking to continue my Botox and filler regimen I did what many people would and Googled for doctors in my area. I thought I had found a reputable doctors office to continue my treatments but needless to say, I was very unhappy with my results. I initially went to Dr. Mezrow for a forehead reduction procedure. He recommended a different procedure that would better suited for me even though he could not provide that service. He even gave me advice of what to look for in a surgeon and looked over their website before I made an appointment for my forehead.

Had a tummy tuck done 3 week ago by Dr. Mezrow. I did my homework well and went to a few plastic surgeons before choosing him. I liked him the most because he was not just professional, but also caring and a human being. I did not feel that I am just a cogwheel in his well-oiled money-making machine as I did with other surgeons. He was attentive to my needs and explained everything. Came here a few years back and had terrible acne that didn't respond to any treatments. Getting chemical peels done along with the creams and an antibacterial face wash really improved my skin! It has never looked better! I get so many compliments that I have beautiful skin. Before Dr.Mezeow, that would have never been true.

Do not go to this doctor. He ruined my life. I went to him for a single deeply sunken in scar on my cheek. He suggested laser treatment (for some reason) all I was interested in was raising the scar, not so much removal and I told him this. He lied to me and told me the laser would raise the scar out. Lasers don’t do that.
