Founded in 1995, EnviroPAK's mission is to provide sustainable molded pulp packaging solutions to businesses that are cost-efficient, space-saving and environmentally friendly. Its central U.S. location allows EnviroPAK to produce protective molded pulp packaging for electronics, computer, food and beverage, service, medical and telecommunication markets.
The use of molded pulp has never been more prevalent and popular than it is today. This packaging solution is the best packaging material choice for thousands of product applications. Crafted from 100% recycled newspaper, molded pulp (or molded fiber) was originally used to make egg cartons over 100 years ago.
EnviroPAK's technology allows us to mold a variety of shapes and sizes; we are typically only limited to the imagination of our customers. When considering how your packaging should look, we typically design shapes that resemble clamshells, end-caps, trays, as well as free formed shapes. EnviroPAK's molded pulp can reduce costs by as much as 70% when compared to other packaging materials.
