I've been with State Farm for over 40 years and with Rick Fowler for 15 years. Rick's staff is always friendly, professional and just plain nice to work with. On the few occasions i've needed a claim they are super helpful and quick to get me the help and service I need. Great Job!

We've worked with State Farm for over 20 years with all of our vehicles and I recently opened up a new policy for my son and had a recent very unprofessional encounter with this office. JoAnn at this office informed me of a form that was needed in order to not be charged a premium. I returned the form as requested and my policy was still increased. I was then told not to worry because on the next billing cycle, I would receive my credit for the premium. Fast forward to now, I was NOT given my credit and now I'm being blamed for not sending in a form that was never requested from me in the beginning

I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of insurance or just thinking about switching. The staff is super awesome and willing to help and answer any questions you might have.
