The Optos Daytona ultra-widefield scanning laser technology supports the detection, diagnosis, analysis, documentation and management of ocular pathology and disease. In addition, the Daytona is unique in that it also has special filters to acquire 200° autofluorescence images of the fundus in addition to color images.

They canceled my appointment two times in a row. I understand things happen but each time it was less than two hours before each appointment. Having to take off work each time is frustrating when it's for nothing. Staff was very rude and I will definitely not going there again. Lost my business for sure.

I went to this clinic (the Brodhead location) in the summer of 2019. The doctor was a bully with little care for my need to be conservative. He insisted I try his most expensive contact lenses when I told him that my eyes were very sensitive to most contact lens material and I wanted to stay with the exact lenses I already use. I had an allergic reaction. He finally prescribed the enhanced version of my original lenses without telling me. I couldn't order outside that prescription. He also bullied me into purchasing his glasses because he used the #1 lab in the US. It took me 6 weeks to get my

Went here back in November 2020 for new contacts. After three tries they couldn't get a proper prescription. Upon going back after the initial exam. The doctor never examined my eyes again. He just sat at a computer (presumably reading something about my eyes but who knows), and then giving me an altered prescription which still didn't work. One time they didn't have the altered prescription in supply so they gave contacts that they knew didn't work, and wanted to come back to get trials for new ones. You can probably guess, that neither of those worked either. This place is a joke. Do not go here

I took my son here for his first eye exam. When checking out we asked for his prescription and PD (pupillary distance). We were told that if we don't purchase glasses from them they will not provide the PD, even though they have in the past. Apparently they are under new management and the manager refuses to give patients their PD. We paid for a service and were refused the information. Well, you lost 3 customers today, 2 of which had regularly received their eye exams and purchased daily contacts from your business.

First impression staff at front desk unprofessional having discussions out loud that should not be discussed out loud. After my encounter with the ‘Dr’ I can see why his staff behaves as such. The dr was not professional, did not introduce himself seem like a pompous a$$. I felt like more of a number than I patient it’s obvious him and his staff are encouraged to up-sell.
The woman who assisted me with frames was very helpful and nice the only upside. I will not go back and would not recommend by far the worse eye dr I have experienced in 20+yrs.

Updated since last year, the eye doctor is no longer there and their prices seems to have gone up drastically.
- OLD - Great service, the eye doctor was awesome. She's super friendly
- NEW - I feel like they increase the prices of their lenses by a large margin of the market value. Even with insurance ($150) and the lowest possible priced frames, I am still paying over $148 for corrective lenses and frame.
Yikes.

I have always liked the doctors here but the billing department is not competent. Twice they have failed to bill me and sent me to collections each time, only to find out that the bill was not even coded properly and therefore denied by my insurance. Neither my address nor my phone number has changed, so there is no excuse for someone from the office not contacting me about an overdue bill. I will not be returning to this practice and would not recommend others go there because of the negligence that seems to be commonplace there.
