I have taken the time to read the reviews about HomeVault properties. It looks like the ball was dropped on different situations, which can be very frustrating especially when housing is needed and we are faced with timelines. I am a tenant of HomeVault properties and I like the fact that HomeVault properties acknowledged their mistakes and apologized for their oversight. In addition, return funds to the potential renters. I have been a tenant for one year and recently renewed my lease. When I submitted my application it did take time to process, it required me to have patience and understanding

If I could give HomeVault 0 stars I would. When I originally moved into one of their properties, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. After being acquired, things took a complete 180. The number provided to reach the management company always goes to voicemail and not once did we receive a call back to help us with answers. Then when it came time to move out Leda/Adriela was contradictory in every piece of information she provided. We moved out leaving the place spotless hoping that we could leverage the most recent info we received if there was any back and forth. Under Colorado law

Really bad service. Alejandro was the one that guide me throughout the process on managing my property, he was really helpful however after closing the deal he pretty much disappeared. He referred me to Adriela in Denver area and she didn’t care much, she doesn’t follow up with the process, she takes 2 days to reply emails, I was pushing for one month and a Half to at least be able to post my property on the market but my effort was unsuccessful. I decided to look for a more serious company.

We had a terrible experience working with HomeVault Property Management.
We visited a property they manage on 6/18/21 and promptly submitted our application the very same day. As of 06/28/21 (7 business days later) we still haven't gotten a decision from them. We have requested refund of our application fees and terminate the application. (The email notice to terminal the application also took 2 days to get a response from the office.) It is extremely puzzling why a simple process of running an application turned into this terrible experience.
Their field agent was not familiar with the property

I'm very impressed by the personal service that HomeVault has provided through the amazing service through Cody and Adriela. Adriela has been fantastic at answering questions on the phone and Cody came to our condo unit today to make sure we were taking good care of the unit. As a former homeowner, I can appreciate a management company checking in on an owner's property. As a renter, I appreciate personalized service that is not only done through an electronic portal. I am giving them five stars since there was a time when HomeVault was transitioning with new ownership and there were some bumps

I was, and am, skeptical of all Denver Property management companies.
That being said I got concerned when Home Vault merged with another company...my earlier experience were mixed to say the least!
...but since Adriela Magana came on board it is a better and more responsive company. They manage 3 properties for me the last 5 years and I am satisfied now more than ever.

HomeVault Property Management in Denver is incredibly reliable. They are good at what they do. They are good at communicating. Their accounting system is excellent. Their customer service to both landlords (which I am one) and tenants is first rate. I have used them for many many years for many properties and I cannot say enough good about them.

I can't say enough about the excellent experience that I had working with HomeVault. They were exquisite for the years that I worked with them to manage all aspects of the rental of my downtown Denver loft. And when I made the decision to sell the unit, they made the entire process of transitioning from rental, through putting the loft on the market, to closing out the deal completely smooth and painless. Tony, Chadwick and Barb are all extremely professional and fantastic. I would strongly encourage anyone to work with this great team.
