The Westin St. John is a 47-acre paradise with distinctive amenities and intuitive services in a lush tropical paradise. We rent villas (condominiums) that are located on the Westin St. John Resort, the most popular resort on the island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands. These are time-share condominiums, and we have almost 300 of them in our rental inventory each year, more than anyone else.
Most of these condominiums are available for a specific week within the year. But our rental inventory also includes some Westin villas that allow for more flexible arrival and departure dates. Thus, we can sometimes offer our guests the ability to have shorter or longer stays, mid-week arrival or departure dates, etc.

Services
The studio villa occupies a single floor, has a ground level entry, and provides about 500 square feet of living area. With the king-size (Westin "Heavenly") bed and the queen-size convertible sofa, this condominium works well for two adults and up to two children, or perhaps two couples. Also, note from the photos below that there is dining capacity for as many as six persons.
If you need lots of space, please check the list below to see if the availability dates for any of these units can work for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a smaller villa, please contact us for availability; we have lots of condominiums in the other four sizes available throughout the year.
The two-bedroom Bay Vista villa has two full baths, includes about 1,210 square feet of living area (counting its two balconies) and occupies a single floor. Since the living room area has a convertible sofa, we can recommend this villa for as many as eight persons -- depending upon how many are children.
The three-bedroom Coral Vista villa has about 1,400 square feet of interior living area, includes three full baths, and occupies a single floor. This condominium has two living room areas each of which has a convertible sofa, so we can recommend it for as many as 12 persons -- depending upon how many are children.
