My service tech was Devin. I had a faulty relay in my furnace which had been an issue for a while. Upon calling Weinkauf a tech was dispatched right away. Devin identified the problem quickly and the furnace was up and running within 15 minutes. Thank you Weinkauf and Devin for prompt service. I am very satisfied.

Called to see if I could get someone to look at my basement sump pump. “We don’t do well work. Where’s the pump located?” I said it’s in my basement I have all the water out I just need a replacement. Her response was to hang up on me. I suggest using Lakeshore Plumbing & Heating instead. They were professional and quick! They will be handling my full basement renovation in the coming months after today.

Weinkauf did an excellent job, they were very friendly, everything worked when they left. They showed up on time and their prices were very reasonable. I had a TRANE furnace and central air installed and they were fast and very efficient. Excellent business to use for your air conditioning, heating and plumbing needs.

Had a furnace installed in 2017. Many problems during installation that were resolved, but it was terribly loud. We trusted the company to sell us the best furnace for our cabin. When we contacted the owner, he told us that noise was not taken into consideration in a sale, even though this furnace was in the middle of our living area and next to our bedroom. His resolution was to charge us an additional $2,700 for a new furnace with no guarantee of a quieter furnace. In 2019 we had another company come out to clean the furnace and discovered the "new" furnace installed in 2017 was

I called after my city contacted me about high water usage. They sent a plumber quickly, and I showed him my basement where water was rising. He shut off a toilet in the basement and had another worker come and snake some sewage pipes. Unfortunately, I recieved another call from the city that said I still have high water usage. So I called back. The owner said he didn't have anything on record about high water use, and so he was satisfied that the guy did his job. I tried to explain my concerns and that I did mention the root of the issue, but he said he would charge again to fix the issue
