Services
Strictly Tile combines precision, artistry, and efficiency in home construction projects bringing your vision to life. Strictly Tile assures an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Our tile installation company in Seattle will review your estimate with you and help you choose the right tiles.
Tile installation is a messy job producing plenty of dust and dirt that can be harmful to your family. Plus, improper handling of the tiles can lead to breakage, which may affect the timeline and budget of the project. Strictly Tile offers efficient tile installation services to Seattle customers, from homeowners and designers to general contractors.
If there's a space in your house that doesn't make you happy, let Strictly Tile transform it. You don't have to live with out-of-date surfaces that are beyond repair. Tile adds style and we'll make sure it stays beautiful for decades. While you're at it, consider how the room functions for you. Have you been dreaming of a larger shower, or a second sink?
Solid countertops have grown in popularity recently. The seamless surface minimizes the risk of mold growth and is easy to maintain, making your life a bit easier. Strictly Tile offers full-service solid surface installation to Seattle homeowners, transforming your old, tired countertops. Limited style options don't always reflect your taste and personality.
Many common tile problems can be solved by simple repairs. Unless the entire surface is worn out, crumbling, you can trim your expenses by repairing instead of replacing your tiles. Although a DIY repair project is doable, the wrong tools and methods may damage the tiles even more. Strictly Tile offers swift tile repair and maintenance services, restoring the original condition of the surface.

I do not recall ever posting a Google review for any company but Strictly Tile deserves one. You never know what is underneath the floor of a 97 year old house. In our case it presented all sorts of challenges which the team from Strictly Tile did not shy away from. These folks had the experience, talent, and tenacity for the job. We are very thankful to have found them.

Polo had to match a grout color which proved to be difficult. He came back and redid the work to our satisfaction! Great experience in the end.

Strictly Tile does fabulous work! Kris is a joy to talk to. He always has a smile on his face, and I can feel how much he cares about his clients through his ability to follow through with clear communication and meticulous craftsmanship. He has been in the business for a long time, as is demonstrated with his beautiful tilework. There is no better tile worker for the job! Thanks Kris!

Don't waste your time. Stefan came out to give me an estimate for a project and has never followed thru with producing the estimate. I have sent several emails asking for the estimate only to have Stefan produce an excuse and say he will get the estimate out to me. This is the second tile company that has failed to produce an estimate after coming out to my residence. Definitely a lack of accountability and customer service in the tile industry.

I was referred to owner Kris Trees by my contractor after an emergency leak from upstairs shower to downstairs floor was discovered (aka emergency). Even though it was the week of Christmas, he called me back immediately and squeezed me in. He also gave me several alternatives at different price points with pros and cons, which I greatly appreciated. He didn't hesitate to do this "non-sexy" project, which means he has become my go-to tile guy for future remodel projects.

As a professional interior designer, I am a bit picky about my installations, to say the least. After purchasing my first home, I decided to re-tile my bathroom floors and Kris (the owner) was recommended to me by my realtor.

Kris was extremely responsive, he and his team were at my house and had the job wrapped within just a couple of days. It's one thing to find someone who is fast, it's another to find someone who is good and detail oriented, it's quite rare to find someone who has mastered both (and doesn't break the bank).

I was so impressed by Kris and his team, I felt

I am an architectural photographer and have had the opportunity to photograph tile work that Kris has done. He is a meticulous craftsman, where every cut and grout joint is flawless, whether he is working with tile, stone, or marble and granite. He specializes in intricate work that would leave other tile professionals scratching their heads. I see a lot of hard-surface installation, and Kris is simply one of the best!
