He came out to service my pump that hadn't been serviced in years and fixed the problem without any issues. He also informed me on every step of the process so that I could understand exactly what he was doing and why. This is our first home with well water so I didn't have any insight on how well water pumps work.

Our well pump stopped working. I called Clear Water Pump and Well in the morning, and my problem was fixed by 6pm. Some PVC work, replaced check valve, and replaced the PSI switch. Casey is responsive, transparent about costs, and fairly priced. I highly recommend his services.

Will definitely be my go to people from now! Spoke with Casey who even tried to help me fix the problem myself over the phone before me giving up and asking for help. He sent out Matthew who was very professional and showed up very quick. Matthew replaced the pump seal in about 20min while giving me a few tips about my water system and had my water working again. Best customer service with affordable prices!!

After leaving messages with several “other” well service companies that were never returned, I called Clear Water Pump & Well. Casey not only personally answered my call, he also assured me that he would get me on his schedule the same day. He even asked for a time that was convenient for me. Sure enough, he arrived on time. A pipe coming off of our well broke 3/28 and we panicked thinking we wouldnt be able to get it fixed until Monday. Casey answered my call and was here within an hour knowing we needed our water back on as soon as possible with everything going on and not being able to go almost anywhere. He not only fixed the broken pipe but did a quick overhaul and serviced our filter as well. He gave us more information than we thought we needed about maintaining the well and how to troubleshoot any issues we may have in the future. I could not ask for a better service! Highly recommend! Well our water well just quit working in the middle of cleaning the patio area. Ed was driving home but I called a local Waterwell service to be on the safe side with a weekend upon us. Casey Wllie called me right back and after I texted some pictures of our system he called me back and walked me through something to do with the contacts. Worked like a charm. So glad that I listened to the other reviews and called Clear Water! As new residents in the area and first-time well owners, I was really looking for someone who I could trust to do good work and who would also take the time to examine our system and educate us a little about what we had. Casey is a wonderful professional, and HONEST!!! My family was out of water for TWO WEEKS. We had contacted other companies who told us that we had to get a new well dug—and they charged us almost $200 to tell us that. Not only that, waiting on them to do the work is why we were at week two. Casey came to our rescue—getting our water on in a few hours and saving us the thousands of dollars the other guys were charging for a new well. We’re talking about $4,000. I contacted Casey last evening after normal business hours and he did call me back which was such a pleasure. He was pleasant and professional, offered me some advice on what I needed to do immediately and let me know he could be out first thing this morning to work on my well. He arrived in a timely fashion, was prepared and very understanding of my current situation.
