Green's

This is my pharmacy for all my prescriptions. I used to use one of those big chain pharmacies, but they are so impersonal I might as well have been dealing with a robot. Green's has the small town personal touch at the same time that they are highly professional. Can't beat that combination!

He opened his doors to me while playing a round of golf. Meanwhile, everybody around couldn't get my insurance information. He didn't let me go. Opened his shop. Filled my prescription so I could live. I love me some Robert Johinson from Fortuna, California. He's THĒ MAN.

Never have I felt so judged or uncomfortable filling an early RX till yesterday. I will be taking my business and recommendations to a chain and not support this local business. I could literally hear them gossiping behind the counter, so I left and sent a friend in the next day to pick it up. She felt the exact same vibes! You may not have to agree with the early refill BUT MY PROVIDERS FELT NECESSARY.

I was having problems not feeling well and they sent a person to me truck with my meds very nice youg mam bul did his job every well.had to research my order it called into the incorrect pharmacy in error but he searched and found it...didn't get him near I was feeling so lousy but did a great job thank again

Great experience here! The staff are quick and efficient. I didn't wait long at all to have a new prescription filled. Lovely place with lovely employees!

So Rude... I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve what they said was an issue, only to find out they had authorization for the prescription and didn’t bother to notify me. Robert, the pharmacist, hung up on me when I stated that it would have been nice to be notified. I have never once walked in and had a prescription ready to be picked up. So much for small town service.

Green's Pharmacy is the best I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot in my years. ALWAYS prompt, friendly, and I have yet to see any errors. I take lots of meds, and was a little ambivalent when I had to get them all filled at the same time. I'm serious when I say I have not ever been able to do that at any other pharmacy without major errors, headaches, and a long wait. Green's had mine done the same morning they got the request!! I was so impressed, that I just had to tell everyone!

Greens Pharmacy is courteous and professional they listen and answer any questions you might have without making you feel like a nuisance.

I love green's. Fast,accurate. & very pleasant employees. This is a small "mom & pop" style pharmacy. The longest I have ever waited for my prescription to be filled was 15 minutes. Even when the original location was unfortunately lost in a fire they made sure their customers had their medications. I have ran into one little glitch though, there is a fee if u have more than 1 delivery a week... It doesn't say that on their website & I was never told that. Irritating.

Green's pharmacy goes above and beyond. They are more than just a pharmacy, they are treasure among local businesses in our community. Green's is one of our main house pharmacy's at the assisted living facility I work at, and it was their outstanding professionalism and on point customer service that influenced my decision to switch my personal prescriptions from Walgreen's to Green's. They are friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and not to mention the owner Robert makes himself available after hours for my work related med refills (who else does that?!?) They're

My mom was treated very badly by one of the Pharmacist here, in front of customers even. She was accused of being a drug addict and was denied her meds because the said Pharmacist thinks he has the right to pass judgement on someone he does not even know. Telling someone that i bet if you were off all these meds for 6 months you wouldn't have any pain, First off you don't know why she needs the meds and how much pain she is in everyday, second how dare you judge some one like that in such a rude manner in front of other people. Shame on you for you behavior, who do you think you are to treat someone

Nice store, friendly employees, but check around if you don't have insurance for your prescriptions. They are twice the price or more on all of my prescriptions than Scotia Pharmacy. I was shocked to find out how much I had been overpaying for the last 2 years. They do have a lot of cute gift ideas in the store though :)

The most awesome place ever amazing people love it there they do what ever it takes to make customer satisfied thank you greens for being in fortuna and making getting Meds so much easier

Green's is the best pharmacy in Humboldt County!
Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Green's is a small town pharmacy with state of the art service and a good selection of variety-store like products.... Vitamins, cold medicine, toiletries, nick-nacks, sunglasses, watches, toys and gift items. There are always plenty of fun things to browse while waiting for a prescription. Excellent service and products.
