In his spare time, Charlie loves to spend quality time with his family-snowboarding, wakeboarding, boating, hiking and flying airplanes.

I have had two excellent experiences with Suncrest Homes about 18 years apart. When I first moved to Ashland I bought a home in a small housing development created by Suncrest Homes. I loved the home and its unique design and all of the light and connection to nature by the many doors to the outside. We had HOA meetings in all of the other homes over the years so I got to see each one and its uniqueness. When I recently sold my house, it was easy to do and wonderful design and quality construction had held up very well so it was attractive to others and sold quite quickly. In addition when I had

The managers of this place were horrid. Extremely rude and evicts people saying that they are renovating when they don’t. Extremely shady and rude. Poor management all around. Not to mention no response when things needed fixing and paper thin walls. The manager moved 6 girls upstairs one year and it was nonstopped noise. Do not recommend this place.
