Says Insurance does not cover Tow service. That I had to pay the service in full, out of pocket. After I paid in full-cash, My insurance sent me a text to rate the service. I rated it 1, and insurance sent me a text that someone will call me to discuss the issue. After on the phone, they said they paid this towining company because my service was covered. I paid cash with no receipt, too. This is a big scam company trying to upsell their services and do insurance fraud.

Had my front wheel drive 4 door sedan with both front tires stuck in a ditch, in the middle of nowhere, on a mountain over an hour away from their head quarters. Thick fog, wind and rain. Thought I was sleeping there through the night for sure.
King's driver , Mr. Evan. Showed up in less than 45 minutes. I described the situation to him and in less than 15 minutes I was on my way home.
The driver knew exactly what he was doing as well as the proper procedures for all of his equipment. My car was in a pretty tough spot with no room for any standard winch out. Luckily, Evan came up with his plan

Justin was very nice and very helpful. He switched my tire to the front so that I could be towed since my car is front wheel drive and my back tire had a staple in it. I will definitely use this company anytime I need a tow. Also dispatcher was very sweet on the phone and helpful. Stayed in touch with me until Justin arrived. Very fast service and just all around great service
