I'm Tim Klenk, the CEO and Founder of Master Tech RV and Custom Coach. Over the years I have developed strong relationships with major RV manufacturers such as Monaco, Newmar, Blue bird, Country Coach, Keystone, and many others. In the beginning of my career I was a Customer Service, Parts and Warranty Claims Manager at one of the largest RV manufacturers in the area.
I gained even more experience and depth of knowledge working in the manufacturing sector. With my leadership and a great crew, all departments excelled in performance and customer satisfaction. When the time was right, I made the tough decision to strike out on my own. In 1998, my wife and I purchased a property with large buildings to launch my own independent RV service business.

Although they couldn't get a shipment of a 5th wheel pin box expedited within the 3 days of our stay in the area, Tim and Jack service/parts did everything in their power to do so. They were extremely professional and helpful in trying to make this work for us and also followed up with phone calls to update us on the status. Wish it would have worked out to give them our business!

When we arrived in the area one zone of our Aqua Hot system wasn't working and we needed it repaired and serviced. Eventhough they had a backlog they worked us in fixed everything and had us on the road in a couple of days. Since we are fulltime they worked overtime on the first day so that we we could return to the RV Park for the night. Great service and fair prices. Big thanks to Broc & staff.

Appears they have all the business they need because Jason in Parts sure didn’t respond back to my one call that finally got through and the two emails that were sent. At least it seems odd to me that they didn’t want my three grand parts order. Real disappointed with all departments’ voice mailboxes being full. A little time once a month cleaning them up would go a long way toward customer service availability. Hope others have better success getting a response.

9/1/18 we took our RV to a campground and became aware of some issues: The speedometer MT replaced earlier in 2018 for $1,000 was not working properly, the toilet would not flush, and a leveler was not working correctly. On 9/2 we had what we thought was an electrical fire in the RV, so we immediately drove it to MT. We had a scheduled appointment for 9/4. James said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be repaired, and there was even a sign in the RV window stating "In: 09/01/2018 - Out: 09/14/2018."

They over promise and under deliver, big time. This was our second visit to this shop. After the first time we promised ourselves we would NOT come back. After many promises, we decided to give it another go, and we regretted it. We scheduled our appointment two months in advance. We had a written list of the items we needed to be fixed. We asked multiple times if the RV would be finished on time. We actually gave them an extra week (@$90/day in a hotel) just to make sure all was complete. It was clear to us that they did not start working on it during the first two weeks. We didn't receive a single
