Could have been better, could have been worse. OK price but what I did not appreciate was the owner making it seem like he would call when he was finished. When I called to ask about the status of the job (because I had somewhere to be!!), he laughs at me on the phone and says "oh I don't call." Left my luxury vehicle UNLOCKED parked on the street as it was clearly the nicest car he was working on just to try and get attention. When asked about this, owner got very defensive and dismissive. Spotted a whole lotta Blue Lives Matter paraphernalia on the way out. Will not be returning.

Rex is super AWESOME as well as the other guy who I didnt get his name. Nice and respectable pair.
They work fast and diligent. They know what they are doing and they won't waste your time. They are super honest and kind to your pockets. Very affordable and very down to earth guys.

If you have the right tools for a job, it makes the job much faster and easier. The team at Auto Glass R Us (Rex & Lazaro) definitely have the experience and the correct tools to make my window replacement experience fast and easy at a reasonable cost. I arrived at their shop being the next serviced vehicle on a weekday at 9.30AM and was leaving at roughly 10.10AM. Hopefully I don't need them again, but should I need another window replaced, I would definitely return. Thank you guys.
