I would recommend Roto Rooter but have no idea whether I received a good value because I do not know what services cost other than looking on line. At this time pleased that things are fixed. Steve was extremely professional and we felt extremely confident in his abilities. He quickly diagnosed our issue, fixed it and explained to us in great detail what it was and how to maintain in the future.

The crew was timely and did a great job of testing our water main for a break. I would give them 5 stars for the work, but only giving them 2 stars for their inability to provide a simple report of their results and a copy of the receipt for the work charged. We requested both items numerous times in the last months and have yet to receive any response.

Steve was very professional and on time. I was getting water in my basement and thought I knew where the problem was. Steve worked until he found the problem (roots in the line) then worked until the problem was completely resolved. Steve kept me informed as to what he was finding throughout the whole process. Alex from RR performed maintenance on my sewer pipes. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the service in layman’s terms, walked me through the camera scope, and showed me the equipment for each step. Following the service, he talked about future maintenance and options for a 1950s house. In addition, he cleaned the work area thoroughly. Phenomenal service!
