Called ZZ Gutter to repair a damaged section of my gutter. I was asked to text them photos of the damage so they could give me an estimate for the repair. I was left on "Read." The company never got back to me which shows how unprofessional this company is. At least have the decency to respond.

Sent request for quote late one night. Was promptly called the next morning and set an appointment for 11am the next day. All cool. Then the same guy calls me back an hour later forgetting that he had already set an time with me. Ok, disorganized, but still scheduled. The guy calls me at 9am day of appt. saying he's 20 minutes away for an 11am appt. I tell him to forget about it since he clearly can't respect my time and he sends me a text thanking me...like I did him a favor by cancelling. I suppose it's best to see this now rather than in the middle of a job. Good luck...I'll pass.

ZZ gutter does it all. I had a busted gutter thirty feet in length and heavily damaged walls on the interior. Felix was attentive to what I wanted and made suggestions to correct. They paint matched the gutter and fixed the interior walls plus all the trim and molding. I was impressed with the attention to detail his crew had and the overall value they quoted me at. I will be using these guys in the future for sure.

Felix and his crew were amazing. Installed gutters the next day. They did a great job and at a good price.
Furthermore, on short notice, Felix came out personally and helped us with a bind we had with our drainage system. He showed up within 2 hours of my call and saved the day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A+ service.

Updated review: the work was done. The rep came but didn't knock in the door so I didn't kno he came I thought he was a no show so I left not knowing that he had been there and gone. I found the invoice on my front porch and contacted Felix to let him kno I saw it and a check would go in the mail Monday (this was a Saturday). While I did not initially like what appeared to be a lack of communication and follow up, the end result is the work was done and it looks like it's done well from what I see (but I'm not a pro). For that reason I am updating the review from 1-Star to 3

I sent a request through Yelp for gutter services on our three-story townhome. While I did receive a response via email the next day, the message was just requesting my address. About a week later, I finally received a telephone call from ZZ Gutter Company asking about our project. Needless to say, I went with another company that was able to schedule my appointment the very next business day. Not professional at all.

We had a couple of gutters installed, gutter screens installed, leaking gutters sealed, and rain chains installed. I thought it would take all day but Felix and his assistant completed the job in less than two hours and best of all, everything works perfectly. Was extremely impressed with Felix's communication and his ability to start the job not longer after I received the quote. He was also very good about getting the quote to me quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend ZZ Gutter Company for any gutter needs including repairs.

Felix and his crew did an incredible job on our new gutters-quality work and a great knowledge of what's required to get the job done. It's a very easy process; Felix gives a quote on the spot and is able to do the work very quickly afterward, where he is actually working with and supervising his crew. The job was completed in one day, the area cleaned up nicely. There are many colors to choose from so finding one is easy. Working with a true gentleman like Felix has been a pleasure. There will be no regrets when using ZZ Gutters!

After meeting with several gutter companies, I decided to go with Felix because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had reasonable prices. He was also very good at getting back to me quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. Felix answered all of my questions via text before I even hired him which was a good sign.

After talking with Felix's and my insurance agents, I feel the insurance messup was perhaps related to inexperience with a homeowner asking for a Certificate of Insurance to be sent before starting a job.
Felix corrected the insurance certificate problem, with the correct paperwork to start the job emailed to me a few days before he arrived. The quote for Work Comp from his insurance agent was higher than he bid for this job, so I dropped that requirement. My own insurance agent advises me that many construction businesses in Tx don't carry comp because they are not required by law

Fantastic Company. Top Quality work at extremely reasonable Price. Felix is highly professional and dependable. I used ZZ Gutter for my House as well as my sister house. The quality of work was 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. At my house there was a flow problem with one of the downspout. I reported that to felix after about two months after installation. Felix immediately responded and replaced the downspout by relocating and adding extension without any cost to me. He did that while I was not even in town. His crew took care of the issue while I was not even there. This shows how dependable and professional

My gutters were not in the best shape. Rain water would not drain properly. Felix did the cleaning and re-sloping the gutters, and installed a downspout and screens on top of the gutters. He definitely knew what he was doing. His workmanship is of high quality.
His fees were reasonable too.
