I don't know what would have happened without TJ keeping me focused or stepping in when needed. Every time I thought that the selling process could not get worse, it did...from the buyers changing the closing date several times, to the title company forgetting to send me essential documents, then incredibly forgetting to transfer the funds to me at closing. Both Nick and TJ are very prompt, efficient, personable and most of all always on time. They return phone calls, emails and texts all within 10-15 minutes no matter whether it is during the week or weekend.
