Prince Law Offices, P.C., was founded in Bechtelsville by third-generation Pennsylvania attorney Warren H. Prince in 1990. At that time, the firm consisted of just himself and fellow attorney Karl P. Voigt, IV, and a practice focused on workers' compensation and Social Security disability claims.
Today, the firm has grown to include numerous full-time attorneys, numerous regional office locations in Pennsylvania, and the ability to provide high-quality legal services for a much wider variety of legal concerns, including niche areas such as cybersecurity law, technology law, energy law, water law, communications law, transportation law, intellectual property law, firearms law, immigration law and equine law.

Warren H, Prince, a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, has practiced law since 1977, having graduated from Pottstown High School in 1970, University of Pittsburgh in 1974, and Dickinson School of Law in 1977. He is the third generation of Princes practicing law locally, the grandson of Joseph L. Prince, and son of Harold H. Prince; his son Joshua, the fourth generation, is actively practicing firearms law at the firm.
Karl graduated with honors from Gettysburg College in 1987, then from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1990. He has been practicing exclusively in the area of workers' compensation with Prince Law Offices since 1990. He serves injured workers in Berks and Schuylkill Counties. Karl has hosted "Ask-A-Lawyer" on BerksTV twice a year, most recently addressing reeducation after a work injury.
