She taxed me on my capital gain , when she wasn’t supposed too. I’m paying someone else to amend what she did. There were deductions she could have added but didn’t ask me about. Since I’m not a tax expert , I didn’t know to mention them . Her personality was cold. And I paid $400 plus for her fee. I would never go there again. I had to pay thousands and thousands to the IRS. I just hope it’s not to late and can get some of that money back .

I had a good experience at this tax preparer. It was my first time and I needed to file right away for federal aid regarding college. The staff here are polite and friendly. Marcia explained all the details of my return well. I would come back to this business because they are effecient, fast and knowledge!

Love Tax Woods service. They are not only quick but thorough. They honor appointments times. My son is now 7 years old, I have been going to them since he was 2 years old and I appreciated the urgency in making sure I was seen at my scheduled time. And not to mention I always usually scheduled the day of... so it's not like there was a long wait.
