Paradigm has an extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I had ABS issues. They did excellent work and standby it. I find them to be extremely honest. They won't sell you parts or work you don't need. Paradigm will be getting all of my mechanical work. Great job crew.

I had purchased a Mustang with some aftermarket parts installed on it and was a bit over my head. Patrick and Aaron took the time to explain what all I had and delivered the best customer service I've ever had at a mechanic shop. I will be referring all of my friends and family here. Absolutely, blown away and impressed with how they treated me. You're doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else.

I brought a truck in to get a full tuneup on the chassis dyno. That never got done, but they managed to lose the flexplate cover. They ordered a replacement, but it was the wrong one. They didn't offer to install it. They replaced a battery that didn't need to be replaced - the starter was actually bad. I finally decided to cut my loses and went to pick up the truck and it barely made it to the next driveway - there were a bunch of vacuum lines disconnected for some reason so I fixed that up myself. I literally can't think of anything that went well and gave them plenty of chances.

I brought Greg my built 6.0 I bought in pieces to be assembled and completely gone through. Although it may have took a little longer than I hoped the wait was worth it and the product turned out very well. The engine is in the car and running great with awesome oil pressure. Greg was more than willing to answer any questions I had even if they weren't related to the work he was performing for me but just car/performance related questions in general that I had. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the engine and where he was in the process along the way. Definitely will recommend Greg
