Not professional at all. I explained that I was in a time sensitive situation and she promises to send me forms. We spoke on a Thursday night and she promised to send to have the info for me by the weekend. I texted her Saturday and she said she was with her mom, and I would have it by Sunday morning. I woke up Sunday morning and nothing. I then texted her and she said she forgot to return my message.
Not professional at all and very disappointing - the reviews all sounded good, but they were from long ago, and i guess she has changed.

We were looking for someone to do bookkeeping and payroll for our business and Miu is absolutely fantastic. Some places charge more and aren't nearly as responsive or efficient as Cloud n' Books.
Getting taxes done is also a breeze with her. She explains things very thoroughly and we've gained great insight on all things tax related.
