Wild Buffalo House of Music was founded by a man named John Goodman. He is a musician and a community-minded person who wanted to create a venue in Bellingham which would provide a place for local musicians and a cultural center for people to experience the live music scene. Since then, Wild Buffalo has grown into a local cultural icon.
John's vision has been realized, and Wild Buffalo has become the most preeminent music venue in the area. Recently, John has moved on to other projects, and has passed the torch on to us. We are proud to carry on the ideals of promoting live music, supporting local musicians, and providing a safe and fun place for people to come and experience art.

I stopped into Wild Buffalo because I wanted to break the record for being the oldest person ever to have a drink in the place. The bouncer looked at me like he was ready to phone 911, but he accepted the $15 cover charge. The drinks were mediocre and the band loud. I don’t mind loud music, but the last band I saw live was JJ Grey, and they were loud but good. The band at Wild Buffalo was just loud. I had two drinks and left, but now I own that record.

Had a blast. Got there shortly after the doors opened, and grabbed two good seats at the bar. It is one of those where a billion pennies are urethaned into the bar top. Pretty neat. The venue has limited seating, so depending upon your show, you may wish to time your arrival accordingly. M^3 (the 3 gals behind the bar all had names beginning with M) were great. Super friendly, and able to assist my wife with her fruity beverage choice. Recommend sitting on the left side upon entering, as there is an overhead wall which affects sound quality according to a fellow who had moved from the right side

Small venue which is really cool because you get up close and personal with the artists. I saw The Wailers band here in September and it was a great experience. Tons of college kids and older generation. Everyone was dancing and having fun it was a good time. The drinks aren't too pricey either considering it is a concert venue.
